Executive Assistant to a HNW Individual

Salary range: $4,000-$6,000, depending on the candidate’s experience

Trial period: two months

Primary locations: UAE and Thailand. Frequent, long-term travel is required. This is not a remote position.

Our infrastructure stack is currently utilizing Github Actions, Google Cloud Run, Redis and Postgres. In this infrastructure transformation we are migrating our systems to infrastructure as code using Pulumi, refactoring our monorepo build systems to utilize esbuild and nx.dev, improving our Github Actions pipeline performance, shifting our deployment to Kubernetes on GKE, standing up NATS.io for cloud / edge messaging, and implementing in depth monitoring and metrics through DataDog. About The Role

As the People Operations Specialist you will oversee and manage all day-to-day operations of the employee lifecycle at Whimsical. We are looking for an experienced and organized professional to join our Operations team.
