Tech stack
Nearly all of our code is written in TypeScript. We use React on the frontend, Node/Express on the backend (running inside Docker), GraphQL/Apollo on both sides, and Postgres as our database. We use AWS (ECS, RDS, ElastiCache, SNS, and more) and manage all of our infrastructure with Terraform.

Job description Builds and directs 8-15 person AI Lab that creates tools to increase efficiency and make people happier.
Work performed:
Identifies and recommends beneficial artificial intelligence projects.
Works with management to determine the overall AI roadmap.
Determines the technical approach used to execute AI projects.
Maintains awareness of business needs to guide project selection.
Collaborates with hiring teams to recruit outstanding AI/ML engineers.
Assists with writing code and performing code reviews.
Helps develop the skills and abilities of AI/ML engineers.
Works with management to grow the AI department.
Performs other duties as requested by management.
Compensation:
$200,000+ based on experience
$20,000 signing bonus
Four weeks paid vacation
