Mutiny is hiring a
Remote Manager Technical Support & Services

Company Overview\n\nMarketers have a problem. Today companies spend over $1T to bring customers to the door, but $19 of every $20 they spend does not convert to revenue. Companies have no choice other than to dedicate large engineering and data science teams to manually build more relevant, higher converting experiences for different customer segments.\n\nMutiny is a no-code AI platform that helps marketers convert their top of funnel demand into revenue, without engineers. Mutiny gives marketers everything they need to drive revenue and prove it — from data and analytics to AI-powered recommendations and content writing. Our customers are some of the fastest growing companies in the B2B space including Notion, Ramp, Carta and Segment. We are backed by Sequoia Capital, YCombinator and CMOs from some of today's fastest-growing tech companies including AngelList, Carta, Gong, Hopin, Salesforce and Snowflake.\nAbout the role:\n\nWe are looking for an exceptional leader who can help shape our growing Support and Technical Implementation teams. This role sits at the cross-section of customer experience and technical implementation, providing consultation to our customers on a thorough implementation and ongoing technical guidance as they continue to adopt our product. This is critical in ensuring customers reach their first win and realize value from Mutiny efficiently and effectively. \n\nThis is an incredibly unique role in that it combines aspects of technical implementation, customer support and leadership. This role has three primary goals for success: 1) ensure customers have a  complete and thorough technical setup during implementation to realize value from Mutiny quickly,  2) provide an exceptional customer experience at the front lines by answering technical questions via support tickets through a helpful and consultative approach and 3) attract and retain top talent to help shape the Technical Implementation and Support teams. \n\nHere are some things you’ll do in the next 18 months:\n\n\n* Manage and mentor a team of implementation and support specialists, providing guidance, training, and performance evaluations to ensure an exceptional customer experience.\n\n* Develop and maintain support procedures, documentation, and knowledge base resources to enable efficient resolution of customer inquiries and issues.\n\n* Act as a primary point of contact for escalated implementation and support cases, utilizing technical expertise to troubleshoot complex issues and drive timely resolutions.\n\n* Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Product, Engineering Sales, and Growth Strategists, to advocate for customer needs and ensure alignment on technical and support priorities.\n\n* Manage Implementation specialists and help lead the technical implementation process for new customers, working closely with Solutions Consulting, Sales and Growth Strategy teams to gather requirements, configure solutions, and deliver successful onboarding experiences.\n\n* Provide hands-on assistance with platform setup, integration, and customization efforts, leveraging technical expertise in areas such as API integrations, data mapping, and automation workflows.\n\n* Develop and deliver training programs for customers and internal stakeholders, enabling them to effectively utilize our products and maximize their value.\n\n* Monitor key support metrics and performance indicators, analyzing trends and driving continuous improvement initiatives to enhance customer satisfaction and retention.\n\n* Stay informed about industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in marketing technology and customer support, incorporating insights into our support strategies and processes.\n\n\n\nWhat you bring:\n\n\n* 3-8 years of experience in a Support, Implementation or CSM role owning technical aspects of the customer experience. Marketing or Sales technology experience is required.\n\n* A genuine empathy for B2B marketers and a strong intuition for how to help companies grow and optimize their user experience.\n\n* An exceptionally high performance bar for yourself and everyone on the team. Unafraid to communicate what’s working and what needs to change.\n\n* A strong collaborator and communicator that virtually everyone loves to work with.\n\n* Good project management skills. Can stay organized and keep the trains running on time to hit goals.\n\n* Someone who can write practical advice and share analyses in a crisp, clear and engaging way.\n\n* Someone who is energized by ambiguity and can create structure in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.\n\n* A creative thinker who is quick on their feet and can pull things together in a scrappy way.\n\n* A kind human who wants to build an extraordinary customer experience, culture and brand.\n\n\n\n\nThis is a fully remote role.\nWhat you’ll get out of it:\n\n\n* We are backed by Sequoia Capital, Y Combinator and CMOs from some of today's fastest-growing tech companies including AngelList, Carta, Gong, Hopin, Salesforce, and Snowflake. We are growing incredibly fast and about to hit another inflection point. The potential is unreal. Join and you’ll see what we mean.\n\n* You will create a name for yourself by getting to work with and support some of the fastest growing companies in B2B SaaS.\n\n* You will get exposure to real business problems every company faces (growth) that you can take with you to start your own company (or to help scale another).\n\n* You will have fun, plain and simple. There is a reason our first company value is that work should feel like play.\n\n* You will experience a new way of working. Our team is fully distributed across North America and the EU. But we come together as a company for quarterly offsites (most recently in fun cities like Brooklyn, Seattle, and Austin). This combination of experience-based work is a competitive advantage we continue to invest in.\n\n\n\n\nThese values define how we approach our work every single day:\n\n😜 Work should feel like play 🏃 Faster always wins 🍯 Stir the pot, regularly 👀 Do the right thing when no one’s watching 🛥️ All hands on deck 🌎 Live in the world you want to change\n\nAt Mutiny, we are committed to empowering individuals of all backgrounds, experiences, and identities to reach their potential. We believe in balanced teams, which is why we have maintained a 50% male-to-female ratio in our investors and are committed to maintaining diversity of gender, lifestyle, ethnicity, and thinking in our team as we scale.\nCompensation\n\nMutiny is proud to offer a competitive compensation package to all full-time employees, including base salary, equity, and comprehensive benefits.\nAdditional benefits:\n\n\n* Live and work from anywhere\n\n* Quarterly offsites in fun cities like Brooklyn and Austin\n\n* Flexible paid time off and generous parental leave\n\n* 100% medical, dental, and vision coverage\n\n* $1,500 WFH stipend\n\n\n\n\n#LI-MT1 \n\n#Salary and compensation\n No salary data published by company so we estimated salary based on similar jobs related to API, Marketing and Sales jobs that are similar:\n\n $90,000 — $145,000/year\n

TRM Labs is hiring a
Remote Events Coordinator

\n\nWe believe that a blockchain-based global economy can improve the lives of billions of people. But the same properties that make cryptocurrencies a force for good — permissionless, programmable, and instantaneous — can also make them susceptible to criminal and fraudulent activity, which causes harm to our financial system at unprecedented speed and scale.\n\nAt TRM, we're on a mission to build trust in digital assets, because the promise of crypto is too valuable to be impeded by bad actors. We provide a blockchain intelligence platform to law enforcement, financial institutions, and crypto firms to assist in the detection and prevention of cryptocurrency fraud and financial crime. Our vision is to build a company that can sustainably deliver on our mission for decades to come, enabling consumers to transact safely and securely on the blockchain.\n\nAs our Events Coordinator, you'll play an important role in orchestrating both physical and virtual events, collaborating closely with Field Marketing and Sales teams. You will be translating the objectives and requirements for events into clear, creative activation plans and overseeing their execution end-to-end, leveraging internal and external stakeholders.\n\nThe impact you will have here:\n\n\n* End-to-end management of trade shows and events (sponsored and hosted)\n\n* Producing high-quality events that deliver on goals and objectives set by marketing\n\n* Cross-team collaboration to get assets, messaging, and giveaway items created and delivered on time\n\n* Create event briefs and execution plans\n\n* Sourcing and managing vendor relationships to get best-in-class performance and ROI\n\n* Ideating and delivering event experiences that deliver distinct, memorable interactions with TRM’s target audiences, while ensuring that activations are consistent with TRM’s brand guidelines\n\n* Creating a scalable event engine that optimizes for faster, more cost-effective event production over time\n\n\n\n\nWhat we’re looking for:\n\n\n* Requires 2-3 years of Event Coordination experience\n\n* A high level of organizational ability\n\n* Proven experience in managing large and small events, owned and sponsored\n\n* An ability to travel\n\n* Previous work exposure to Salesforce and Hubspot (or other marketing automation platform) is required\n\n* Work experience in SaaS marketing team, ideally in start-up environment\n\n* Experience from an event agency is a plus\n\n\n\n\nOur Culture\nCulture at TRM isn't a buzzword; it's our daily ethos. Our culture is defined by how we make decisions, how we execute, and how we treat each other. We've distilled our culture into 18 leadership principles, grouped into three categories:\n\n\n* Impact-Oriented Trailblazer: When making decisions, we put customers first, use 80/20 to drive speed & focus, and adapt quickly to new information.\n\n* Master Craftsperson: In execution, we prioritize speed, high standards, and distributed ownership.\n\n* Inspiring Colleague: As teammates, we value humility, candor, and a one-team mindset.\n\n\n\nBuilding a Career \nJoining TRM means being part of a mission-driven team. Our diverse team comprises industry leaders, from crypto experts to machine learning pioneers. At TRM, you'll experience:\n\n\n* Purpose and Mission: Your work has real-world impact, from disrupting terrorist networks to returning stolen funds.\n\n* Inspiring Colleagues: Collaborate with industry leaders and learn something new daily.\n\n* Personal Growth: We're not just using technology; we're inventing it and taking category-defining products to market.\n\n\n\nWork Environment\nBeing part of TRM means embracing:\n\n\n\n\nRemote First: Our headquarters is online. Tools like Zoom and Slack ensure seamless collaboration, but we also value in-person interactions, organizing regular meetups and offsites for team bonding.\n\n\n\n\nAsynchronous Communication: Clear communication is key in our decentralized setup. With team members in various time zones, we've mastered asynchronous communication with tools like Slack, Loom, and voice notes. We document meetings and decisions, promoting transparency and efficiency.\n\n\n\n\nHigh Ownership: Small teams drive big goals at TRM. Every team member has significant ownership and responsibility, fostering an environment of initiative and direct impact. While there's no strict clocking in or out, we expect team members to be available for meetings during standard working hours in their country, balancing personal schedules and team needs.\n\n\n\n\nTRM Speed: Our customers rely on TRM in active investigations — from cyberattacks to terrorist financing. We move “surprisingly fast” while maintaining a high bar in service of our customers and mission. This can feel both intense and rewarding. Our unique approach to projects emphasizes quick wins, rapid iterations, and constant feedback, ensuring we're always moving forward and adapting to changes.\n\n\n\n\nDiversity and Inclusion: Diversity at TRM encompasses backgrounds, experiences, and perspectives. We’re creating the category of competitive enablement: helping companies understand their market and outmaneuver their competition. We benefit from having an experienced leadership team working alongside several hundred risk-taking builders who elevate every day. We’re one ofCanada’s Most Admired Corporate Cultures by Waterstone HC, aDeloitte Technology Fast 50 & Fast 500winner, and recipient of both the Startup of the Year andTech Culture of the Year awards at the Technology Impact Awards.\n\n\nQ: What level of experience are we looking for?\nA: This is a very senior IC role. We’re looking for someone with strong product chops, who's learned lessons the hard way in the trenches. Someone with proven experience taking a glimmer of an idea from ideation through impactful delivery. Who has experience making hard trade-offs, stripping opportunities down to their barest form, and working with stakeholders at all levels to garner support for their team's work. When evaluating level we look at scope, complexity, communication, decision-making, and product intuition. \n\n\nQ: What does Product Management look like at Klue?\nA: You own your area of responsibility. Your destiny is in your own hands, within the context of our vision and corporate goals, of course. PMs are responsible for identifying, de-risking, and prioritizing outcomes for the engineering team to tackle, as well as ensuring they are successfully met. You'll have access to customers, prospects, and random people on the street... and will be expected to deeply understand them.\n\n\nQ: Are you HYBRID-friendly 🤩?\nA: YES! What’s hybrid? Not 100% remote, not 100% office. Both. Work a portion of the week from home, the other from the office. If you live within a reasonable commute of a Klue hub, we expect you to be in-office at least 2 full days a week (reasonable commute = ~ 1 hour of a Klue hub). Under 2 hours = 1 day per month in the office. We have hubs in Vancouver, BC, Toronto, ON, London, UK, and Amsterdam, NL and we currently have team members across Canada and other countries.\n\n\nLastly, we take potential into consideration. An equivalent combination of education and experience may be accepted in lieu of the specifics listed above. If you know you have what it takes, even if that’s different from what we’ve described, be sure to explain why in your application. Reach out and let’s see if there is a home here for you now or in the future.\n\n\nWe’ve made a commitment to support and contribute to a diverse environment; on our teams and in our community. We’re early in our journey; we've started employee led resource groups, committed to Pay Up For Progress, and use success profiles for roles instead of 'years of experience'. We continue to scale our efforts as Klue grows. We’re proud to be an equal opportunity employer and have dedicated that commitment to our current and future #kluecrew. During the interview process, please let us know if there is anything we need to make more accessible or accommodate to support you to be successful.\n\n\nAll interviews will be conducted via video calls. We work in a hybrid model of WFH (remote) and in-office. Goldsky is hiring a
Remote Account Executive

\nAbout Goldsky\n\nAt Goldsky, our vision is simple but powerful: build the data platform for web3.\n\nBlockchains will enable a new era of unique digital experiences and applications. However, today it’s impossible to build high-quality products due to the difficulties of processing on-chain data … and this complexity is only increasing as more chains and smart contracts are deployed. Teams are forced to build data infrastructure in-house in order to build their product, distracting them from their core focus.\n\nGoldsky bridges this gap by automating the creation of end-to-end data pipelines. Our data infrastructure enables hundreds of teams across the industry to build rich, instant, data-driven experiences using on-chain data at blazing fast speeds.\n\nWe’ve raised over $20M from Dragonfly Capital, Felicis Ventures, prominent players in the industry such as 0x Labs, Uniswap Labs, and Protocol Labs, and angel investors including Elad Gil, Plaid founders Zach Perret and William Hockey, and Zhuoxun Yin of Magic Eden.\n\nOur team built complex, scalable infrastructure with companies across tech, crypto, FinTech, and data analytics – and we’re excited to bring this expertise to solving new and unique challenges with crypto data.\n\nWe hope you’re excited to join us and build the infrastructure that unlocks the rest of web3.\n\nAbout the Role\n\nWe launched our first product – Index – last year and are onboarding hundreds of customers to the platform, including Zora, Polymarket, POAP, Arweave, Hashflow, NounsDAO, and others.\n\nIn parallel, we’re launching two new products – Mirror and Fusion – to expand our suite of data tools for customers.\n\nOur pipeline of current and potential customers is full and we need an experienced sales professional to help capitalize on this momentum and keep up with demand. We’re looking for a driven, capable, and thoughtful Account Executive to build relationships, close deals, and scale revenue. You’ll be a key steward of Goldsky’s brand and relationship with new customers, and you’ll be ubiquitous amongst the crypto community.\n\nImportantly, you’ll partner with Hemanth (Growth & Partnerships Lead), Kevin (CEO), Andrew (Marketing Lead), and others across the company to build a world-class go-to-market function. And as we scale, your insights will dictate how our sales team operates at 10 and 100+ people. Over time, you can grow into a leader in sales, operations, or other domains across the company.\n\nResponsibilities:\n\n\n* \nEnd-to-end Ownership: You’ll be a master of the sales process, ensuring we nurture leads from start to finish through robust pipeline management. With your vantage point, nothing will fall through the cracks as we scale and add revenue.\n\n* \nFeed the Machine: You’ll proactively identify, qualify, and close an inbound sales pipeline, while also strategically prospecting leading teams in the ecosystem. You’ll run sales calls, host demos, and nurture potential customers through a robust and flexible process.\n\n* \nBuild the Machine: You’ll build out the core processes for the sales team, implement them into systems and our daily workflow, and fine-tune them over time. We believe in keeping process light – so we’re thoughtful in how we design processes that can make things hum.\n\n* \nEverything in Between: Building a sales function also involves developing playbooks, collateral, training resources, and other materials that enables the sales team to be at their best. You’ll collaborate with the entire team to develop the components that make go-to-market successful.\n\n* \nGo Deep on the Tech: You’ll become a product expert across our entire platform and understand our competitor landscape. You’ll go so deep that you can guide customers through a journey of understanding their pain-points, options, trade-offs, and why Goldsky might — or might not — be the best platform for them.\n\n* \nWork Across Goldsky: We’re a small team and lean on each other to be successful. In addition to working closely Hemanth, Kevin, and Andrew – you’ll work closely with engineering, product, technical support, operations, and others to make Goldsky successful.\n\n\n\n\nWe’re excited to talk with you if:\n\n\n* You have a track record of exceeding sales targets as a quota-carrying Account Executive at a SaaS company. You’ve proven you can run the full sales cycle in a larger, more established team and now want to prove you can do it as the first Account Executive.\n\n* You’re adaptable and have closed sales processes of various length and depth. Over time, you build repeatable, methodical processes to ensure success in any scenario.\n\n* You’re curious, low ego, and always looking to improve. You experiment with strategies, tactics, and tools in order to identify what works, and you adjust to find repeatable success. You’re open to feedback and collaborating with others to get to the best approach.\n\n* You’re hungry and excited to join a high-growth, fast-paced startup where you’ll get your hands dirty on a range of challenges. You’re comfortable in an ambiguous, remote environment without much structure.\n\n* You’re organized, have great attention to detail, and can manage multiple projects at a time – while also keeping several stakeholders up-to-date with good written and verbal communication.\n\n* You enjoy building long-term relationships with teammates and customers.\n\n* You’re open and curious to learn more about this wacky world of crypto :)\n\n\n\n\nBonus points for:\n\n\n* You’ve worked with highly technical products and customers.\n\n* You’re deeply familiar with CRM systems like HubSpot or Salesforce and know how to design, configure, and manage those systems to make you even more productive.\n\n* You’re crypto native, familiar with the broader ecosystem, and understand why Goldsky will unlock new experiences and applications in web3.\n\n\n\n\nBenefits\n\n\n* Competitive salary and equity in Goldsky.\n\n* Fully paid health plans - This includes medical, dental, and vision coverage for you and your family at no cost to you.\n\n* Unlimited vacation - Take time to recharge as you need it. We’re serious.\n\n* Home office setup fund - Expense up to $5,000 for new equipment (e.g. computer, desk, chair) when you first join.\n\n* Wellness stipend - Expense up to $100/mo on whatever helps you stay healthy.\n\n* Connectivity stipend - Expense up to $75/mo on phone or internet.\n\n* Regular self-care days - Every other Friday is a company holiday to decompress.
