Executive Assistant to a HNW Individual
Salary range: $4,000-$6,000, depending on the candidateโs experience
Trial period: two months
Primary locations: UAE and Thailand. Frequent, long-term travel is required. This is not a remote position.
We are looking for an executive assistant for an entrepreneur.
The ideal candidate is in their early career, ambitious, high-energy and loyal. They take initiative even without specific instruction, prioritize outcomes over performative busywork and rate high on conscientiousness and openness to experience.

Minimum Qualifications

Tech Stack:
Our tech stack is 100% TypeScript, allowing the team to implement end-to-end functionality. On the front end weโre using NextJS for our Web App and React Native for our Mobile App. Our API is provided over a GraphQL interface and interfaces with a PostgreSQL database via Prisma.
Our infrastructure stack is currently utilizing Github Actions, Google Cloud Run, Redis and Postgres. In this infrastructure transformation we are migrating our systems to infrastructure as code using Pulumi, refactoring our monorepo build systems to utilize esbuild and nx.dev, improving our Github Actions pipeline performance, shifting our deployment to Kubernetes on GKE, standing up NATS.io for cloud / edge messaging, and implementing in depth monitoring and metrics through DataDog. After this initial transformation is complete we will continue to iterate by deploying custom hardware at the edge at each of our properties and connecting that into our cloud network.

As a DevOps Engineer, you'll be working with the engineering team to monitor and improve our security, infrastructure, and performance.
