Ensure all documentation is accurate and up-to-date.\n\nOversee the testing process to ensure that all configurations and customizations meet the specified requirements and quality standards.\n\nConduct training sessions for end-users and provide post-implementation support to ensure a smooth transition to the new system.\n\n\n\nThe experience you bring\n\n8-10 years of professional experience in HR IT, with hands-on experience in SAP SuccessFactors, with 2-4 years of this experience should be in a leadership or managerial capacity, demonstrating the ability to lead projects, manage teams, and work with stakeholders\n\nA bachelor's degree (B.A.) from a four-year college or university in Business Administration, Human Resources Management, Information Technology, or a related field\n\nSAP SuccessFactors experience is mandatory. Preference is given to candidates with 7+ years of experience or relevant certifications. Strong knowledge of SAP SuccessFactors modules, including Employee Central, Recruiting, Performance & Goals, Learning Management, and Compensation. At least two years in a lead or senior consultant role. Proven track record of managing and delivering successful SuccessFactors projects\n\nSystems integration experience involving various HR functions and systems, such as Payroll, Recruiting, Learning Management, and Benefits administration systems\n\nDemonstrated experience in Software Development Life Cycle\n\nHighly detailed, organized, and analytical. Possessing an upbeat mentality, working with diverse personalities, and approaching each situation with a customer-focused and solution-oriented mindset.
