We organize in small cross-functional squads of 4-6 engineers and an embedded Product Manager and Product Data Analyst. We currently have squads across Crypto / NFT / Payments / Core Product / Web3 and others. Weโre pragmatic and believe in having fluid structure, this means people can move between teams or specialize.\n\nSquads We Are Currently Hiring For: \n\nCONSUMER: Responsible for creating delightful experiences for millions of MoonPay users to onboard, transact, and access the hundreds of web3 partners in our ecosystem through our mobile application.\n\nTech Stack:\n\n\n* \nTypescript as our programming language of choice \n\n\n* \nReact Native to develop our iOS and Android cross platform application\n\n\n* \nReact Navigation, React Query, Axios as our frontend libraries\n\n\n* \nReact and NextJS hosted on Vercel as our web frontend\n\n\n* \nGoogle Cloud Platform to host our services\n\n\n* \nDataDog for logging and monitoring\n\n\n* \nGitHub to manage our source code\n\n\n* \nSentry for error tracking\n\n\n* \nJest to run our tests โ \n\n\n\n\n\nKey Responsibilities:\n\n\nArchitect and develop new and existing products and features.\n\nWork with Product Managers to come up with the best solutions and implementation plans for new features or changes to existing ones.\n\nCollaborate with other product teams to deliver and improve customer facing features.\n\nContribute to the estimations, planning and execution of projects, features, and integrations.\n\nIntegrate and work closely with external service providers to ensure smooth operation.\n\nMaintain and improve our existing codebase.\n\nWrite fully tested, high quality and performant code.\n\nWork in close partnership with designers, product thinkers, and customers, to impact the lives of millions of users.\n\n\n\n\nSkills & Experience:\n\n\nExtensive React Native or mobile experience at leading startups or fast growing tech companies.\n\nConfidence in developing, releasing and maintaining server applications in a fast paced, iterative environment. \n\nEither experience with some of our tech stack, or are confident you can cross train and up skill quickly. \n\nBonus points if you make open-source contributions or have experience in web3.\n\n\n\n\nAs a Senior/Lead you will be expected to: \n\n\nMentor and coach Engineers.\n\nChampion the writing of high quality code.\n\nContribute to our overall approach and standards within the Engineering discipline.
