Project Coordinator Responsibilities:
Assist the Program Manager in managing the Project Plan and all related program deliverables;
Work closely with workstream leads to ensure alignment with overall program objectives and requirements
Perform initial quality review of Project Plan / Work product / Deliverables
Responsible for updating key project documents including roadmaps, aggregating data for executive summaries, key deliverable matrix, meeting minutes and follow up on agreed actions, etc.
Track and monitor closure of actions, decisions issues and risks
Perform initial review of project/program readiness and challenge assessments as required
Develop solutions for maintaining high collaboration and high interaction in a global, cross -tier, cross โ process area, virtual environment
Owning, driving, and being accountable for assigned processes with regularly updated reports
Establishing and/or maintaining business performance metrics for the key assigned business areas
Requirements
Project Coordinator Qualifications:
A minimum of a Bachelor's degree is required. A focused degree in Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field is preferred.
One year or more of experience coordinating projects required

Strong analytical and organizational skills
Strong relationship building and negotiation skills
Ability to effectively communicate and work in matrixed environment
Ability to identify and report trends/emerging issues in a timely manner
Ability to translate findings into recommended actions
Some IT background a plus
Ability to collaborate in team environment and work independently when required
