Remote IT Project Manager

We specialize in custom Software Development, Mobile Apps, Talent Staffing and Delivery Teams.\nRight now, we are looking for a IT Project Manager (Coupa) to join our team!\nAbout the role\n\nThis role requires working closely with the Client and 3rd party implementation partner in support of the implementation of Coupa procurement software. The ideal consultant will possess prior, hands-on Coupa implementation experience as well as experience holding 3rd party implementation partners accountable to SOW and delivery commitments. You’ll work closely with client stakeholders to ensure understanding and delivery of their requirements, while also working on behalf of the client in collaboration with the implementation partner to ensure project plan and timelines are comprehensive and realistic.\n\nResponsibilities:\n\n\n* Participate in overall business requirements gathering and documentation of overall solution\n\n* Ensure project management best practices, working in conjunction with implementation partner/PM to facilitate and/or conduct reviews, solution design, project planning, delivery timelines, stakeholder engagement, etc.\n\n* Interact with key end-users, business owners, stakeholders to map applications to standard business processes and conduct gap analysis\n\n* Prepare test cases, validate the deliverables before testing and UAT\n\n* Address/Escalate/Document issues, changes, resolution, etc. to ensure transparency, alignment of expectations, and project delivery\n\n* Offer process improvements based on the application capability and industry best practices\n\n* Support all formal documentation of implementation and provide relevant functional inputs to technical implementation team\n\n\n\n\nQualifications:\n\n\n* Coupa planning and implementation experience to include Procurement, Invoicing, Sourcing, Catalog Management, Contract Management, Vendor Management, Expense Management, etc.\n\n* Experience with Coupa integration and mapping to existing ERP systems a plus\n\n* 2+ years’ Coupa experience ideally, with at least one Coupa implementation\n\n* Good knowledge of Procure to Pay processes and Coupa modules with a strong understanding of business processes\n\n* 7+ years’ foundational, enterprise IT project management experience\n\n* Excellent business/stakeholder facing presentation and interpersonal skills and presence\n\n* Ability to work in ambiguity\n\n\n\n\nAt Moovx we have always believed People are our top priority\n\nThat's why we work every day on developing a company culture which reflects how we value our people: \n\n- Creating a safe environment in which everyone could be their own.\n\n- Ensuring a working atmosphere free of every type of violence.\n\n- Assuming commitments related to being a more inclusive & diverse company.\n\n- Encouraging our team to let us know how they feel and room for us to improve.\n\nFair decisions, free of bias: \n\nWe guarantee a Recruitment process based on skills, qualifications and working experience.
