You will be collaborating with the Sr. Manager of Website Marketing to implement targeted testing and personalization strategies, tracking and analyzation of website metrics, while also playing a vital role in performance improvements for conversion rate optimization. \n\n \n\nWhat You Will Do\n\n\n* Coordinate the publication of website content and resources, ensuring compliance with current SEO standards\n\n* Collaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing, design, revenue operations, business development, and sales to implement website optimizations\n\n* Analyze website data and metrics to identify opportunities for website optimization\n\n* Assist in the implementation of various website and content migration projects\n\n* Execute A/B tests and analyze results to improve website performance\n\n* Monitor website traffic and user behavior to identify areas for improvement\n\n* Conduct quality assurance testing to ensure website changes are working as intended\n\n* Continuously monitor and optimize website load times for optimal performance\n\n* Assist with other web optimization-related tasks as assigned  \n\n\n\n\n \n\nWhat You Need to Succeed\n\n\n* 1-3 years of experience in website management, A/B testing, or related field\n\n* Experience with SEO best practices, keyword research, and analytics tools\n\n* Strong knowledge of HTML\n\n* Knowledge of WordPress and its core features or similar CMS\n\n* Familiarity with website optimization best practices and techniques\n\n* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills\n\n* Ability to work independently and as part of a team\n\n* Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously\n\n\n\n\n \n\nBenefits\n\nHealth + Wellness\nYou’ll have access to generous health, vision, and dental insurance options as well as, Fringe, a platform where you choose the perks and services that best meet your individual needs and enhance your quality of life.
