Must Have

  • English As First Language - This role will only suit someone whose first language is english. We need someone who can flawlessly write in the style, energy and tone of voice of our brand.ย 

  • Multimedia Copy Experience - Must have experience writing copy for various forms of media including Video Scripting, Landing Page & Web Copy, Email Marketing & Social Media.ย 

  • Multipurpose Copy Experience - Must have experience writing copy for a variety of purposes including Direct Response, Long & Short-form Ads, On-Page SEO & Search, Marketing & Brand Awareness content.

90 Day Expectations

Within the first 90 days we expect you to have completed the following:

  • Brand Voice Report - within the first 30 days we will want you to review and analyse our existing web, written ad and video copy and deliver a report to the executive team describing what the โ€œvoiceโ€ of the BuddyBoss brand currently is, identifying the common elements we have been instinctively employing to portray that voice, and identifying opportunities we have to improve our copy to better represent that voice.

  • New Copywriting Task Management - Within the first 60 days we expect you to have taken over all new copywriting projects and tasks from our CEO.

Commitmentย 

This is a full time role starting immediately with a minimum of 40hrs commitment 5 days a week. This will be a fully virtual work-from-home position with no travel typically required. Successful candidate will have the option to work from our office in Dubai if they are already located here. Successful candidate will not be expected to relocate but if they wanted to that would be encouraged and very advantageous.ย 

Accountability & Reporting

You'll be on the front lines of innovation, working with a highly motivated team focused on analyzing, designing, developing, and delivering solutions built to stop adversaries and strengthen our operations. Your research and technical work will ensure stability and resiliency of our product. Your ability to identify threats, provide intelligent analysis, and execute defenses will thwart crimes, strengthen our posture, and protect our data.\n\nSpecifically, you will serve as subject matter expert and hands-on lead for our Cybersecurity Threat Center. You will be responsible for assisting in the deployment, maintenance, tuning, monitoring, and managing of all aspects of the Threat Center, including threat hunting, triage, alert escalation, and incident response.  Your experience and knowledge will play a critical role in developing and implementing strategies to secure Science 37โ€™s customer and employee data across the globe.  Acting as the front line for attacks against Science 37, your role will also include advanced analysis, evaluation of new security technology, and ensuring larger technology projects at the company are ready to be integrated into the cybersecurity monitoring functions. \n\nYour role will include oversight and assistance in the response, analysis, and mitigation of cybersecurity incidents detected and escalated by the Threat Center in accordance with the Incident Response Plan.  Knowledge and experience having been part of Cyber Incident Response Teams will be paramount in your development and streaming of the SOC/CIRT relationship.  \n\nDUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES \n\nDuties include but are not limited to: \n\nResponsible for the day-to-day Threat Center operations, ensuring appropriate CIRT response to cybersecurity events and alerts associated to threats, intrusions, and/or compromises. Executes and improves the core functions of the Threat Center, including threat detection and prevention \n\nMaintain and employ an understanding of advanced threats, vulnerability assessment, response and mitigation strategies used in cybersecurity operations\n\nDevelop monitoring strategy to improve visibility into existing technologies including both internal systems and customer facing SaaS products \n\nProactively research and hunt potential malicious activity and incidents across multiple platforms using advanced tools to identify and prioritizing emerging threats and potential after-action incident reporting and lead lessons-learned sessions with a diverse group of organizational resources. \n\nDevelop up to date runbooks and Standard Operation Procedures to maintain relevancy, address current/latest threats and technology, and ensure constant improvement that meet industry standards and latest attacks and threats \n\nProvide analytic support pertaining to a wide range of cyber threat actors and attack campaigns\n\nMake recommendations to improve operational effectiveness of threat intelligence activities.\n\n\n\nQUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS \n\nMinimum Qualifications  \n\nBachelor's degree in MIS, Computer Science, related discipline, and/or equivalent experience\n\n8+ years of overall experience in CyberSecurity within a medium to large business environment\n\n5+ years of experience working in a Threat Center or Security Operations Center (SOC) and/or on Cyber Incident Response Team (CIRT), performing incident handling, sensor alert tracking, and cybersecurity case management Incident Response\forensics.  Experience must show continued progression through higher roles and elevated responsibilities.\n\n3+ years of experience developing hands-on with Splunk and utilizing Splunk daily\n\n2+ years of experience in vulnerability management, running scans, analyzing scans, re-scanning for remediation\n\nTwo or more professional currently held certifications related to Digital Forensics or Incident Response (e.g., GCIH, CEH, GCFE, GCFA, CFCE or other GIAC Certs).\n\n\n\nPreferred Qualifications and Certifications\n\n5+ years Security platform (Splunk) engineering/admin experience within a large-scale enterprise\n\n\n\n\nManaging Splunk App development, scripting and log management solution design\n\nIntegrating data input from Remote Associate Director Vendor Quality Management

To help us achieve our goal, we are seeking an Associate Director of Vendor Quality Management eager to make an impact within a mission-driven organization. \n\n\nThe Associate Director of Vendor Quality Management will represent Science 37 Quality and Complianceโ€™s key interests with regard to vendor quality management including, but not limited to: risk assessment and mitigation, initial qualification, periodic quality assessment, requalification, ongoing quality management, investigation and resolution of quality concerns, and KPI development and monitoring, as applicable.  This role will also oversee Quality Management Agreements in which Science 37 is the vendor and fulfillment of the associated requirements.\n\nDUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES\n\nDuties include but are not limited to:\n\nRepresents Quality and Compliance interests in the vendor and systems assessment process\n\nCoordinates, performs and oversees completion of vendor qualification and requalification activities, as appropriate\n\nAdministers the periodic vendor quality assessment process\n\nLiaises with other key stakeholders, internally and externally, to lead, support and monitor vendor quality issue investigation, root cause analysis, corrective and preventive actions, and effectiveness verification checks through completion, as appropriate\n\nIn partnership with procuring department lead (e.g. Clinical Operations) and other stakeholders, assesses the need for quality-related KPI definition, implementation and monitoring\n\nLiaises with the head of Procurement and or their designee(s) on topics of mutual interest including, but not limited to: results of periodic vendor assessments, vendor quality metrics, and vendor quality or performance concerns\n\nOversees Sponsor Quality Management Agreements in which Science 37 is the vendor; ensures fulfilment of the necessary requirements such as notifications, KPIs and governance-related activities\n\nSupport procuring department lead and other stakeholders in ongoing risk identification, assessment and mitigation as relates to the vendorโ€™s product or service offering\n\nDrives the continued refinement and improvement of the vendor qualification and oversight processes\n\nRemain abreast of current, evolving and new regulations, guidance, and industry best practice\n\n\n\nQUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS\n\nQualifications\n\nBachelorโ€™s Degree in science, engineering, or another related field required\n\n6+ years of experience in quality or compliance in clinical research, biotechnology, or other GxP or regulated environment, or requisite combination of education, training and experience\n\nKnowledge of cGxP regulations and industry best practices\n\n\n\nSkills/Competencies\n\nExcellent organizational and project management skills; able to track and manage complex processes from start to finish\n\nAnalytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to operate at all organization levels\n\nStrong and effective verbal and written communication skills with the ability to customize approach for a variety of audiences \n\nA track record of successful cross-functional leadership and delivery through collaboration and effective relationships\n\nExtraordinary focus on details, analysis and results including ability to work on complex issues with multiple dependencies and stakeholders to drive consensus\n\nAbility to tactically implement a strategic vision\n\n\n\nCapabilities\n\n* Ability to communicate in English (both verbal and written)\n\n\n\nREPORTING\nThe incumbent reports to the Director of Quality and Compliance.\n\nDIRECT REPORTS\nNone.\n\n\nScience 37 is an equal opportunity/affirmative action employer.
