You will be responsible for creating project plans to manage cross product and customer dependencies for successful customer facing implementations. You will need to anticipate change and risks in your initiatives and will have to lead each initiative by defining strategy & requirements to fit customer business needs, developing processes & schedules, and relentlessly driving forward progress to expedite customer time to value.\n\n\nYour Responsibilities: \n- Partner with customers to understand their objectives and business goals and use this knowledge to craft best in class digital commerce capabilities that solve for customer needs.\n- Define and document detailed project plans and requirements to manage technical design, architecture, and implementations for customer deliverables\n- Communicate these project plans and requirements to all fabric Stakeholders (Product, Engineering, Sales and Solution Engineering) for sign off \n- Collaborate with Engineering Leads and TPMโs and SIโs to secure resource allocation for development and Implementation needs\n- Coordinate deployment, testing and successful rollout of customer implementations \n- Communicate effectively on all project status updates to all stakeholders (internal and external) and ensure smooth rollout\n- Engage stakeholders in the creation and execution of Road Maps and Implementation plans\n- Motivate stakeholders.
