You will partner closely with cross functional partners to ensure business strategy and technical visions are incorporated into delivery.\nYou will lead integrations with partners and build relationships with development team engineers.ย You will be an integral part of the success by performing technical discovery qualification, making architectural recommendations for the solution, delivering product demonstrations and troubleshooting technical configuration issues.ย \nAs a passionate blockchain fan and user advocate, you will connect the dots between the technical solution to business value for the user.\nWhat youโll be doingย \n\n\nQuickly understand a clientโs complex ecosystems and security needs to determine how best OpenZeppelin solutions can benefit them\n\nDevelop deep functional product expertise of OpenZeppelin offerings\n\nWork with the Product Development team to identify and prioritize product and integration enhancements based on client requests and identified technical obstacles\n\nWork with the Security Services team to identify critical services needs and pair service offerings with relevant product features to improve efficiency\n\nThoroughly document proposed client solutions, to help transition your work from the sales cycle to post-sale implementation and servicing\n\nManage a solutions implementation team of software engineers to deliver custom solutions to clients\n\nSupport Marketing team with evangelism activities (writing blogs, participating in demo-driven webinars, speaking at industry events, etc.)\n\nArticulate the benefits and risks to a solutionโs feasibility and functionality\n\nScope, plan and deliver product presentations and demonstrations that are tailored to the userโs technical requirements and audience\n\nDevelop Proofs of Concept (PoCs) to demonstrate the possibilities of OpenZeppelin offerings\n\nTake ownership and responsibility for end to end customization and support of client deployment projects\n\nHandle all technical support requests during the deployment phase\n\n\n\nYou Have\n\n\nA bachelor's and/or masterโs degree in computer science, IT, software engineering, or computer science.
