We practice complete ownership, where everyone goes the extra mile to own outcomes into success. We understand that unflinching focus is a superpower and is how we channel our activity into technological achievements for the benefit of our entire ecosystem. We embrace open dialogue and critical feedback to arrive at an accurate and truthful picture of reality that promotes both personal and organizational growth.\nAbout Chainlink Labs\nChainlink is the industry standard oracle network for connecting smart contracts to the real world. With Chainlink, developers can build hybrid smart contracts that combine on-chain code with an extensive collection of secure off-chain services powered by Decentralized Oracle Networks. Managed by a global, decentralized community of hundreds of thousands of people, Chainlink is introducing a fairer model for contracts. Its network currently secures billions of dollars in value for smart contracts across the decentralized finance (DeFi), insurance, and gaming ecosystems, among others. The full vision of the Chainlink Network can be found in theย Chainlink 2.0 whitepaper. Chainlink is trusted by hundreds of organizationsโ€”from global enterprises to projects at the forefront of the blockchain economyโ€”to deliver definitive truth via secure, reliable data.ย ย \nThis role is location agnostic anywhere in the world, but we ask that you overlap some working hours with Eastern Standard Time (EST).\nWe are a fully distributed team and have the tools and benefits to support you in your remote work environment.\nChainlink Labs is an Equal Opportunity Employer.\n \n\n#Salary and compensation\n No salary data published by company so we estimated salary based on similar jobs related to Design, Solidity, Testing, Finance, Senior, Golang, Engineer, Backend and Digital Nomad jobs that are similar:\n\n $70,000 — $120,000/year\n

At RabbitHole, we are on a mission to increase global economic opportunity by making crypto more accessible and meritocratic. We believe that by making it easy for protocols to distribute their tokens to users, we can help anyone in the world earn income through provable contribution rather than their background or credentials.\nWe have created an efficient way for protocols to distribute tokens by segmenting users based on on-chain & off-chain data. By completing on-chain tasks in various protocols, users build their on-chain resume and earn token ownership. \nWe recognized that protocols are constantly looking for new ways to find and engage users but donโ€™t have an easy way to do so. Tokens of these protocols often fall in the hands of speculators who sit on centralized exchanges, rather than users of these networks. On the other hand, new users in crypto have a difficult time knowing where to start on their crypto journey and donโ€™t know who to trust.\nOur goal is to make it more efficient for protocols to distribute their token to network participants. By doing this, we are both driving more participation to protocols and making it easier for users to increase their ownership in protocols rather than speculators. By increasing the number of token holders who are using the network, we are making the underlying protocol more sustainable and putting more money in the pockets of users.\nWe're looking for product-obsessed individuals with early-stage startup experience who want to work with a dynamic fast-moving team and build the roadmap for RabbitHole to become the best way for protocols to distribute their token and engage their users. If this is you, we are super excited to meet you and learn more.\nResponsibilities/duties:\n\n\n\n* Analyze on-chain data across protocols to identify insights on user behavior, market dynamics, and network performance through pattern, trend, and anomaly detection.\n\n* Develop strategies to identify and target high-quality token holders for distribution.\n\n* Conduct and publish research on trends and patterns in on-chain data.\n\n* Create and present visualizations and data reports to clients and team members.\n\n* Collaborate with the engineering team to enhance data collection and analysis tools.\n\n* Research and develop blockchain technology and explore new data sources and use cases.\n\n* Monitor crypto market trends, gain insights, and share with relevant teams.\n\n\n\nQualifications:\n\n\n\n* Bachelor's degree in computer science, mathematics, statistics, or a related field.\n\n* Strong understanding of crypto and its applications.\n\n* Experience with on-chain data analysis tools, such as Dune Analytics or Flipside Crypto.\n\n* Familiarity with data analysis and visualization tools, such as SQL, Python, R, Tableau, or similar.\n\n* Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.\n\n* Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.Attention to detail and ability to work independently.\n\n\n\nNice to haves:\n\n\n\n* Experience in token distribution and the crypto industry.\n\n* Understanding of smart contract development and Solidity programming language.\n\n* Experience in statistical analysis and machine learning techniques.\n\n* Familiarity with DeFi protocols and their use cases.\n\n\n\n \n\n#Salary and compensation\n No salary data published by company so we estimated salary based on similar jobs related to Analyst, Defi, Solidity and Crypto jobs that are similar:\n\n $65,000 — $120,000/year\n \n\n#Location\nWorldwide

\nParity is one of the world's most experienced core blockchain infrastructure companies, having built and pioneered some of the most advanced technologies in the blockchain sector. Parity was founded by Dr. Gavin Wood, co-founder and former CTO of Ethereum, the primary engineer behind the Ethereum Virtual Machine (EVM), inventor of the Solidity programming language, and primary author of the Ethereum Yellowpaper.\n\nBased in Berlin, London, and Lisbon with over 340 employees worldwide, Parity has built clients for Ethereum, Bitcoin, and Zcash and has pioneered a completely new, next-generation blockchain protocol with Polkadot and the framework itโ€™s built with, Substrate. Parity builds the open-source technologies needed to power an unstoppable, decentralized webโ€”known as Web3โ€”and helps developers and organizations implement and build upon the Web3 tech stack.\n\n \nAbout the position:\n\nParity has a lot of products: blockchain clients written in Rust, mobile apps written in platform-native languages, browser-based tools and extensions written in JavaScript. We also maintain some crypto and networking libraries (mostly in Rust) and a blockchain framework used by several hundreds of third-party teams. All of this code needs to be consistently secured โ€” and as a head of AppSec, it would be your job.\n\n\nWhat you will do:\n\n\nbe that important link helping security researchers (be that independent auditors, bug bounty hunters or even yourself) and engineers in charge of the code understand each other; \n\nhelp teams learn state of the art security practices and embed them into day-to-day work;\n\nperform a lot of threat modelling and other pre-audit documentation work to help us get most kick for the (quite significant) buck we spend on those audits;\n\nhone and improve our security-related processes like bug bounty and internal vulnerability response;\n\nand of course this is not a single-man job, so youโ€™d be building and growing a team to help you with those challenges.\n\n\n\n\n \nAbout you:\n\n\nknow your security tools and approaches: you should be leading our way when setting up SAST, DAST, fuzzing, property-based testing, symbolic execution, network simulation tools and such;\n\nhave exposure to cryptography, decentralized networking, hardware key management solutions;\n\nhave understanding of modern blockchain tech landscape and the new classes of threats it experiences;\n\nhave experience in threat modelling, red/blue teaming, working with best in class independent security teams and turning their findings into actual deployed fixes in our codebase;\n\nbe able to help with hiring, lead the resulting team and set up security practices all around the company;\n\nbe a self-starter: most of the time there would be little guidance on which areas to work on first and what to improve there. Youโ€™re expected to determine that yourself, keeping company-wide goals in mind, and drive those initiatives to completion.\n\n\n\nNice to have:\n\n\nRust knowledge;\n\nPrior work experience in blockchain/cryptocurrency fields;\n\nlocated in or willing to relocate to Berlin, Germany;\n\nA background in open source software development;\n\nPassionate about Web 3.0 and what it represents for the future;\n\nHave an interest in Parity and accompanying technologies such as Substrate.\n\n\n\n\n \nAbout working for us:\nFor everyone who joins us:\n\n\nCompetitive remuneration packages, including tokens (where legally possible), based on iterative market research\n\nRemote-first, global working environment with flexible hours\n\nCollaborative, fast-paced, and self-initiating culture, designed to mimic an open source workflow\n\nEnergising and collaborative team and company retreats all over the world\n\nOpportunity to learn more about Web3 while on the job, with access to some of the brightest minds in this space; we have plenty of educational initiatives such as internal sessions, all-hands, AMAs, hackathons, etc.\n\nTeammates who are genuinely excited about their job, impact, and Parityโ€™s mission\n\nOpportunity to relocate to Germany or Portugal\n\n\n\n\n\nFor those joining us as employees in Germany, Portugal, or the U.K.:\n\n\n28 paid vacation days per year\n\nWork laptop (macOS or Linux-based) and equipment to enable you to work successfully\n\nยฃ2,500 yearly learning and development budget for conferences or courses of your choice\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n \n\nNot a perfect match to our requirements? \nNexus Mutual is an on-chain risk marketplace operated by and for members. Our mission is to build an ecosystem in which anyone can protect anyone else by sharing risk. The mutual launched in 2019 and has become the leading coverage provider within the DeFi ecosystem with more than $7.3m in claims have been paid to date.\n\n\n\n\nThe protocol provides a decentralized, transparent alternative to traditional insurance companies. The economic incentives within the mutual solve the centralized insurance industry's core problem: the principal-agent problem.\n\n\nWhat we are looking forย \n\n\n\nWe are looking for a Smart Contract Engineer who can help us buildย the premier on-chain risk marketplace for DeFi, CeFi and beyond. You can learn more about us here: Twitter, Discord, Github. Someone who can writeย and deploy complex smart contract logic, a team player that will workย alongside our group on designing and implementing product functionalities, and the core mechanisms that power Nexus.\n\n\n\n\nOur team is working with web3 technologies across the stack. The ideal person is someone who can work both independently and as part of a team, ย has a good understanding of Web3 primitives,ย is passionate about building scalable applications, and highly curious about DeFi and Crypto.\n\n\n\nApp layer: React.js, Redux, ReduxSaga, Reselect, GraphQL, Node.js, TypeScript, AssemblyScript, MongoDB\n\nWeb3: Solidity, OpenZeppelin, Chainlink oracles, Hardhat, Mocha, Chai, Tenderly, IPFS, The Graph, Ethers.js, Web3-onboard.js\n\nInfrastructure: AWS, CircleCI, Coveralls, Kibana, Grafana, Prometheus\n\n\n\nAreas you'll contribute to\n\n\n* Writing and compiling Solidity Smart Contracts, including quirks and edge cases\n\n* Ethereum testnets and contract deployment scripts\n\n* Integrate with and fetch data from Oracles and The Graph\n\n* Assuring blockchain and web-client integrationย \n\n* Containerization of backend services\n\n\n\n\n\n* 1 year of Solidity development experience and experience with some of our tech stack, like Hardhat, Node.js, Typescript, Ethers.JS, Node.JS, IPFS.\n\n* Understanding of The Graph, Oracles, and the broader web3 tech stack\n\n* Knowledge of common smart contract development design patterns, industry standards (ERCs and EIPs), and best practices. Understand typical smart contract problems like reentrancy, migrations, and upgradeability of immutable systems.\n\n* Over 3 years of backend engineering and proficiency in languages like C++, Python, JavaScript, Typescript, C# or Core Java\n\n* Obsession with clean and secure code and a tendency to test your own work\n\n\n\n\n\n\nYou will stand out if\n\n\n* You have expertise or interest in tokenomics, game theory, L2s, and DeFi protocols\n\n* You are self-motivated and eager to keep up with the fast pace of a small, remote startup team.\n\n* You have a low-ego attitude are willing to learn, grow and have product ownership.\n\n* You have an understanding of layer 2 protocols, bridges and blockchain interoperability\n\n\n\n\n\n\nAbout us\n\n\n* We are a small and dynamic team, passion for our work describes and sets the tone for everything that we do.\n\n* We are a fully remote organisation that strives to pave the way for the future of insurance\n\n* Our compensation package is comprised of a competitive fixed (fiat component) plus a generous token allocation\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\nWhy are we doing this?\n\nThe concept of insurance comes from communities in the past that pooled their resources to protect each other from the risks they all faced. It works better the more people are in the pool as the numbers become more reliable. But this method isnโ€™t scalable because it is a trust-based system and the network of individuals trusted by everyone in the pool only extends so far. Hence traditional insurance companies emerged.\n\nWhen Ethereum and smart contracts came along we realized we could apply our insurance industry knowledge to our passion for decentralised technology. We realized we could build a mutual on a platform where individuals only need to trust the system, not everyone in it.\n\n\n\n\nSpecifically, we could see a solution to the problem of agencyโ€”where an insurer looks after customers' money on their behalf. We also saw the opportunity to make significant cost savings compared to the traditional insurance model. As weโ€™re already in the UK, we have the perfect base to build out this concept due to the existing law around mutuality.\n\n\n\n\nThe aim is to provide our members with more simple, transparent, accessible, and affordable financial protection against their risks.\n\nMore info here ๐Ÿ‘‰ https://nexusmutual.gitbook.io/docs/welcome/faq/nexus-mutual-the-basics \n\n#Salary and compensation\n No salary data published by company so we estimated salary based on similar jobs related to Solidity, Design, Web3, Defi, Engineer, Backend and Digital Nomad jobs that are similar:\n\n $70,000 — $120,000/year\n \n\n#Location\nRemote job

\nAbout DIA DAO:\n\nWhen DIA launched in 2018, it leveraged a community of incentivised developers to source and validate data. This was only the start โ€” a core part of DIAโ€™s mission is to decentralise the organisation and enable a diversely skilled community of like-minds that self-organises to create value for the project. In short: To become a DAO.\n\nOurย Goal:\n\nTo build a formal framework to enable the DIA community to support the growth and development of DIA and to earn rewards while doing so. The inception of this โ€˜Work DAOโ€™ is a major milestone in the journey to a fully matured DAO. In this post, we will unbox how we plan to raise and operate DIAโ€™s decentralised workforce.\n\nBenefits of the DIA DAO:\n\nYou can earn $ETH and XP points for each bounty completed. Additionally, DIA tokens are an extra layer of reward to enable participation in governance and other on-site utilities. However, DIA DAO has real intangible benefits. You can learn about Web3 and develop your skills, shape the future of DIA DAO, gain new connections in the ecosystem, become a creator in the data layer of the web3 economy, and many more.\n\nContributor:\n\nBounties scope:ย Software development on top of DIA products. Front-end platforms building, back-end systems engineering, smart contracts development, building bots and setting up tracking systems.\nProfile:ย Development experience 1+ years. Ability to independently write code with tests. Requires extensive knowledge of the programming language for the task (backend tasks usually in GO, frontend in React or simple HTML, Solidity or Rust for smart contracts but may vary depending on the task).\nExperience:ย Experienced in developing structured code with extensive documentation and tests.\n\nThe bounty's scope is constantly growing, and soon, we will have leadership positions in the DAO. It's an excellent opportunity to join us early in this journey.\n\nAfter applying, someone from our team will contact you to inform the next steps and how to use the bounties at Dework.\n\n \n\n#Salary and compensation\n No salary data published by company so we estimated salary based on similar jobs related to Web3, Solidity and React jobs that are similar:\n\n $60,000 — $120,000/year\n \n\n#Location\nRemote job
