As the Sr. Product Manager for Compass, reporting to the Chief Product Office, you play a pivotal role in shaping the strategic direction of our Compass platform, defining the roadmap, and driving impact against our defined business objectives. In this role, you will have a unique opportunity to create a meaningful difference in patients' lives while contributing to the success and scale of Jasper’s Care Navigation offering.\n\nRole and Responsibilities\n\n\n* Product Execution Excellence: Develop and implement strategies to streamline and optimize the product development lifecycle. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure rapid, constructive feedback cycles, and efficient product delivery while meeting deadlines and quality standards.\n\n* Product Velocity: Identify bottlenecks and areas for improvement within the product development process. Implement agile, data-driven methodologies and best practices to increase development speed and productivity.\n\n* Clinical Collaboration and Quality Assurance: Foster a strong partnership with our clinical team to deeply understand the healthcare landscape, patient needs, and evidence-based practices. Ensure rigorous testing and quality assurance procedures are in place to deliver reliable and user-friendly products.\n\n* Project Management: Oversee product development timelines and resource allocation, in close collaboration with Jasper’s Technical Project Managers (TPMs). Monitor project progress and proactively address potential roadblocks to maintain delivery velocity.\n\n* Data-Driven Approach: Utilize data and performance metrics to assess the efficiency of the product development process. Use insights to make informed decisions that boost delivery velocity and overall product success.\n\n* Market Awareness: Stay informed about industry trends, competitive offerings, and user expectations. Leverage market insights to align product delivery with consumer needs and preferences.\n\n* Collaboration and Communication: Partner with executive leadership, engineering, design, member marketing, and clinical to ensure seamless coordination and communication.
