Backed by $6.5M in funding from leading investors, our mission is to revolutionize the way science is published, validated, curated, and exchanged. We believe in openness, fairness, and truth-seeking.
What We're Building
Our products are designed to accelerate scientific progress by addressing the current systemโs shortcomings. We create tools that recognize and reward high-quality science, fostering an environment where the scientific community can thrive through genuine innovation and rigorous research.
Our first application is Nodes, an interactive online platform that lets researchers create, validate, and curate research objects. Research objects are versionable publications that contain a broad range of components such as manuscripts, data, code, and all other files and objects related to scientific research. โญ SUMMARY
We are Pixellu, a software company on a mission to take the work out of running a photography business so photographers can do what they love. We are seeking a world-class Senior Product Manager to manage one of our three products. Youโll be working with the Head of Product, CEO, CTO, and fellow PMs to develop a product vision and execute on that vision with the help of designers and engineers.
๐ท ABOUT PIXELLU
At Pixellu, we know professional photographers are frustrated with all of the tedious work required to run a successful photography business. Many get so overwhelmed, they end up quitting on their dream of having a photography career. That is why we create easy-to-use, time-saving software that takes the work out of running a photography business so photographers can get back to doing what they love.
Pixellu was co-founded in 2010 by two wedding photographers. Faced with the challenges of long hours and endless tasks, we began asking ourselves, โHow can we save valuable time, make more money, and get our lives back?โ Our answer was technology. We started Pixellu with the idea that we could make money by providing an honest service that helped photographers save time and live more fulfilling lives. We believed that, by focusing on a great product and great service, we could build a business that not only does good, but also does well.ย
Today, we are a team of 40 team members spread across 15 countries, serving tens of thousands of photographers in over 100 countries.ย
Our vision is for Pixellu to become the foundation of more than 1 million successful photography businesses, so that photographers can focus on doing what they love while we automate the rest of their work. We are becoming the bridge between their camera and clients โ all they would need to do is upload their photos to Pixellu.ย
We embrace the spirit of autonomous teams that are empowered to change the photography world while having a healthy work-life balance.ย
Pixellu currently has three products - SmartAlbums, SmartSlides, and Galleries. You would be managing one of these products.
We empower our product teams to solve hard problems โ customer problems and business problems โ in ways that our customers love, yet work for our business. Our product teams are cross-functional and durable, comprised of a product manager, a product designer, and several engineers.
We staff our product teams with the skills necessary to come up with effective solutions that are valuable (our customers choose to buy or use), viable (the solution works within the many constraints of the business), usable (the user can figure out how to use) and feasible (our engineers have the skills and technology to implement).
While we empower our product teams to figure out the best solutions to the problems that need to be solved, we also hold those teams accountable to the results.ย Shipping is necessary, but not sufficient.ย We look for product managers that are not afraid of signing up for results, even when this means they have to work through others to achieve the necessary results.

Aside from the job description, here is what we most value in a candidate:
Customer-focus:ย Deep empathy toward customers and focus on solving their problems.ย
Communication:ย Excellent written,ย verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.ย

Your Job
If you are a Senior Product Manager who's interested in building products to improve the job posting and job application experience, Indeed is looking for you!
The SMB (Small and Medium Business) Labs group at Indeed is a versatile group of different product teams. We pride ourselves on being able to take on new challenges in completely new business areas and deliver impact. Weโre currently working on initiatives to help employers identify and connect with the most relevant candidates using automation and smart UX.
Our team is located in APAC, and we are currently fully remote. Upon offices reopening post-COVID, all roles on this team will have the flexibility to either return to the office or remain remote.
As a Product Manager at Indeed, you will be working with a small team and figuring out how to help our customers and jobseekers in the hiring process
You will be empowered to set ambitious goals for your product and team. Your goals will not be easy to achieve; they should inspire and motivate the team to think big.
You will work closely with the development team on a daily basis. You will sit next to developers, define requirements and analyze tests with their input.
You will do data analysis yourself, whether itโs doing queries in MySQL, searching through logs, or using the plethora of in-house tools for analyzing data.
You will constantly create hypotheses for improving your product, test them, and learn from the results.ย ย
Our product development philosophy is similar to the Lean Startup philosophy. You will create MVPs, prototypes, simple tests to validate ideas and iterate.ย
We would prefer to spend time simplifying a feature to get it out the door this week than building flashy PowerPoint decks for all-hands meetings.
This is a unique opportunity to work with incredibly talented team members in a US-originated product development culture and environment.
Who You Are
Product Managers at Indeed are analytical, creative, and collaborative. We obsess over data and drive for simplicity.ย
You will guide the team by exemplifying these core values.
Product Managers have the responsibility to deliver results, but no direct authority over peers in Engineering and Design. A successful Product Manager leads by developing the trust and respect of teammates so you will have to influence others to follow your vision.ย
You and your peers will be custodians of the Indeed culture of data and collaboration.
You will enjoy a casual work environment, flexible hours, and great compensation and benefits. There is a complete lack of office politics; if that is your specialty, look elsewhere.
You will wear many hats and constantly learn new things on the job. You will be surrounded by smart, dedicated, nice people. You will be proud of the companyโs mission and your products' impact.

The ability to handle competing priorities and ongoing ambiguity
A willingness to do new things and learn on the job
Strong communication skills and stakeholder management
Who are we?ย
At RDX Works, we're a team of like-minded thinkers who have long been convinced that we're living in the earliest stages of a global financial revolution. This revolution is being fuelled by decentralized finance (or DeFi for short), which is enabling an assortment of pioneering developers and entrepreneurs to re-invent almost every financial product that is currently traded and invested in traditional markets, without requiring central authorities or siloed infrastructure. DeFi has captured a great deal of attention and investment in the crypto-aware niche, growing assets under management from $1 billion to over $200 billion in a few years. Impressive as its growth has been, its current market size isn't even a rounding error on the over $400 trillion held in traditional finance. We're focused on what it will take to go from billions to trillions.
RDX went back to first principles to come up with the right technical solutionโthe first layer-one protocol built specifically for mainstream DeFiโand we have already tested out at over 1 million transactions per second. We're keenly aware that the need for an infinitely scalable platform is only one prerequisite among many for mass adoption, and we're also blazing new ground in the areas of purpose-built developer tools, user experiences, and regulatory integration.
We have forged a path deep into the future of what distributed ledger technology is going to look like and we need you to come and be part of the team that is making that happen right now.
If this job sounds like it was made for you, then please apply directly via the link or if you donโt have an up-to-date CV to apply with, please contact [email protected] for more information.
Alternatively, if you feel like you donโt match all of the requirements, we would love you to still apply anyway. We understand that confidence gaps and imposter syndrome can get in the way of meeting incredible candidates and we wouldnโt want this to prevent us from meeting you; especially as we are big advocates of helping people learn & grow. This is also another reason we do not advertise salaries, we want to keep it as even a playing field as possible!ย
Here at RDX Works, we believe in being salary agnostic. This means that we pay salaries based on your expertise and what you can add to the business, aligning with London market rates; not based on your location or the economy of your country of residence.
