Our Ambassador Program allows individuals with a network of digital nomads, travellers and remote workers to promote Nomad Insurance, our travel medical insurance, while earning a 10% referral fee on purchases for up to 1 year.
Joining the Ambassador program is free, and there is no commitment in terms of the number of sales or content production. 3000 content creators, bloggers, and business owners are already part of the program. Applying takes a few minutes.

Day-to-day, the Editor in Chief role involves:
Leading and coordinating our media team, including 1-1’s, team meetings and communicating our progress to the rest of the company.
Working with the team to develop the long-term vision of our media, as well as the immediate roadmap of priorities.
Build a scaling plan for editorial systems, as well as experimenting with new content channels and verticals.
Liaise with stakeholders across the company to align on goals, team growth, brand, external comms, and the other aspects of a scaling, venture-backed startup.
Manage editorial budgets and resources and be the primary point of contact with external agencies and other collaborators.

🚀 Day-to-day, the Email Storyteller role involves:
Writing engaging, conversational email copy that matches our brand voice
Managing multiple email publications simultaneously with close attention to detail
Coordinating and collaborating with stakeholders across the company to gather relevant information and materials to feature in emails
Contributing to the visual design of each email by suggesting concepts for our design and engineering team to bring to life
We currently use an email design tool called Stripo to craft emails and we use SendGrid for sending. We’re open to changing both in the long term, but you’ll start out using what we have. SafetyWing (YC W18) is seeking a Head of Search - Nomad Insurance to develop our signature product's next exponential growth channel.
We are building a global social safety net, including health and retirement for remote workers worldwide, as a replacement for national welfare systems. Our current customers are digital nomads (b2c) and remote companies (b2b). You'll be joining our Nomad Insurance team, which is b2c. Nomad Insurance has two main growth channels: organic word of mouth (~⅔ of growth) and affiliate sales (~⅓ of growth). In addition, you will develop a net new channel called Search to bring in customers through improved Search Engine Optimization, excluding paid ads (we have a policy against those).
💻 Your responsibilities will include
Creating and developing our Search growth channel from scratch.
Building out a plan and executing on it to generate organic traffic to our website.
Working directly with the Nomad Insurance Affiliates, Product, Content, Social Media and Communication teams to build and execute the growth strategy.
Implementing effective search engine optimization (SEO) strategies for Nomad Insurance, including backlinks, keyword strategies, and content.
Once this is a proven growth channel, advise other product teams on how they can build out their search capabilities.

👩💻 About this Role
You will be part of a small analytics team supporting the organization by creating tools and insights to keep track of the facts and help people work smarter. Your tasks will include building and maintaining dashboards in Tableau, test data, answer data requests and create monthly reports.

SafetyWing (YC W18) is building a global social safety net for remote workers worldwide. We are a fast-growing, fully remote global team, currently consisting of slightly over a hundred people.
We are looking for an experienced product manager who will be the product lead for the technological part of our insurance infrastructure. For example a dashboard for product teams showing claims and reporting, and in the future also clever analytics features such as anomaly detection, lie-detector bot, and more.
You will ensure we leverage talent and technology to become the first insurance provider with such a good product experience people tell their friends about it.
In addition, you will manage a tech team and rally the team around a product roadmap. The role will report to the General Manager of Insurance Infrastructure.
💎 Your responsibilities will include:
Being the product manager for our insurance infrastructure and developing tools to help us get better insight, create better products, and build new and better capabilities.
Developing our product roadmap and seeing through its execution
Lead the tech and design team on your product
Creating precise product specifications based on user requirements
Ensuring your product succeeds, including managing priorities and timelines in close collaboration with the engineering, product, design, and other internal stakeholders.
Assisting the General Manager in making the team joyful and productive by being a great problem solver
Qualifications:
You have experience managing all aspects of a great product throughout its lifecycle.
You are great at making something people love so much they tell their friends.
You have a creative and problem-solving mindset. You feel comfortable navigating complexity and like cracking problems with simple, user-friendly solutions. You can prioritize and have worked directly with engineers and designers before.
You are a good leader and have experience building and scaling teams, but you’re also excited to step in as a hands-on product owner.
You have excellent organizational and project management skills, and you can own a project from ideation through development to execution.
You are tech-savvy. You also have a solid grasp of what it means to work with and create insights from data.

We are looking for a Customer Care Specialist (part-time with the option of going full-time) to join our fully remote team in a fast-growing startup. We love to be helpful and guide our customers with any problem, big or small.
Currently, we have two products: Travel Medical Insurance and Health Insurance (for companies and individuals)

Answer customer questions via live chat, email and phone support
