We are 64 Robots! Founded in 2016, 64 Robots is a full service agency focused on creating beautiful, clean Vue.js single page applications with a Laravel backend. We like to think of ourselves as an extension of our customerโs teams. Whether thatโs building an AAA product, consulting on their business or marketing needs or helping them pitch to an investor, we are deeply invested in our customerโs success.\n\n\n\nWe've grown considerably in our 5+ years and we are working on a large number of projects with a staff just over 20 people now. This has stretched us thin in terms of overseeing each project. So weโre looking at bringing in a Lead Project Manager to help us in a variety of ways.\n\n\n\n### Requirements\n\n\n\nWe have about 6-8 ongoing projects at any time so ideally you'll be able to jump in and help us manage a few of those. Creating well defined requirements and prioritizing the customerโs needs appropriately.\n\n- Communicating well thought out, reasonable timelines to customers to create trust in our team\n\n- Being able to work with developers to understand their needs and present information in a way that makes the development process smooth\n\n- General improvement in processes to organize the flow of development and customer interaction. We are not experts and would love to rely on somebody who is opinionated and can make our processes more efficient.\n\n\n\n### Qualifications:\n\n\n\n- US Based, native English speaker OR overlapping with US timezones with very good spoken English\n\n- Demonstrable previous experience in a similar role at a roughly Senior level managing ongoing, agile software projects\n\n- Can do calls on EST time\n\n- Agency experience is a plus (managing multiple projects at the same time)\n\n- Software development experience OR a deep understanding of how to think like a developer and understand complex technical requirements. This is key.\n\n- Any experience with PHP/Laravel/Vue.js/Nuxt.js is a bonus as well\n\n\n\n### Salary & Benefits:\n\n\n\n- Salary up to $100k plus bonuses every 6 months\n\n- Health/vision/dental if US based\n\n- 3 weeks of paid vacation and standard national holidays. General guideline, more time can be taken as needed.\n\n- 8 weeks of paid parental leave\n\n- Unlimited sick/bereveament leave\n\n- Home office credits on hire\n\n- Monthly wellness stipend up to $100/month for gym, etc\n\n- 1-2 conferences per year \n\nPlease mention the word **COURAGEOUS** when applying to show you read the job post completely (#RMTguMTE3LjkxLjE1Mw==). ๐ Please reference you found the job on Remote OK, this helps us get more companies to post here, thanks!
When applying for jobs, you should NEVER have to pay to apply. You should also NEVER have to pay to buy equipment which they then pay you back for later. Also never pay for trainings you have to do. Those are scams! NEVER PAY FOR ANYTHING! Posts that link to pages with "how to work online" are also scams. Don't use them or pay for them. Also always verify you're actually talking to the company in the job post and not an imposter. A good idea is to check the domain name for the site/email and see if it's the actual company's main domain name. Scams in remote work are rampant, be careful! Read more to avoid scams. When clicking on the button to apply above, you will leave Remote OK and go to the job application page for that company outside this site.
