Come build the future of entertainment and storytelling, and write your next chapter with us!\n\n\nWorking closely with the Direct Ad team and Ad Operations, the Ad Operations Coordinator will play a key role in supporting and operationalizing Wattpad WEBTOON Brand Partnerships advertising revenue. \n\n\n\nWhat you'll be doing:\n* Support the management of campaign set up and ad trafficking process for Display, Video and Native Ad Campaigns using our ad servers\n* Support the management and optimization of digital ad campaigns to ensure they deliver against defined targets\n* Monitor and communicate campaign performance to key stakeholders by putting together active campaign reports\n* Support the Media Planning Specialist with building media plans that meet client KPIs and budget\n* Facilitate basic troubleshooting between support teams, technology and partners including testing tags and monitoring discrepancies as needed\n* Help in researching industry trends and technologies to provide assistance to the broader ad product team\n* Support the broader Wattpad WEBTOON Brand Partnerships team with administrative needs such as data entry, data pulling, maintenance of shared documents and materials\n\n\n\nWhat we're looking for:\n* Bachelor’s Degree or diploma in Advertising, Marketing, Statistics, Economics, Math, or other related discipline\n* Passionate about advertising and technology\n* Strong analytical and quantitative skills with the ability to interpret data analysis and modeling results into actionable recommendations\n* Proficiency with Microsoft Excel\n* Demonstrated ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple projects and tight deadlines\n* Willingness to learn and grow within the digital advertising space\n\n\n\nBonus points for:\n* Experience with campaign optimization, media analytics and digital advertising metrics is an asset\n* Knowledge and understanding of ad operations or media planning is an asset\n* Familiarity with Salesforce, Looker an asset\n* Fan of webcomics, webnovels and pop culture \n\n\n\n\n\nWattpad is conducting all interviews in a distributed manner using applicable third party software where needed and using visual interface tools such as Google Hangouts and Zoom.\n\n\nAbout Wattpad\n\n\nWho are we? Entrepreneurs and Do-ers.
