They work closely with multiple teams to ensure that cloud and system resources are provisioned, managed, and maintained efficiently. \n\n\n Tasks include deploying, configuring and maintaining cloud and on-premises systems and services for all office locations, managing access permissions, monitoring and optimizing performance.\n\n\nWhen operational issues escalate, this candidate acts in a tier 2 role to investigate, troubleshoot and resolve them promptly.
