Remote ServiceNow Developer
\nWe are seeking a dynamic ServiceNow Software Developer. Working alongside the ServiceNow Principal Architect and Development Teams, you will contribute to the overall ServiceNow solution. As we embark on our Continual Improvement Program and maturation, we are looking for a ServiceNow Developer with solid skills and experience particularly in the area of HR Service Delivery and the associated SNOW modules and capabilities.\nResponsibilities\n\n\nProvides application ServiceNow development services and technical support\n\nDevelops program logic for new applications or analyzes and modifies logic in existing applications\n\nDesigns, codes, tests, debugs, documents, implements and maintains ServiceNow\n\nAnalyzes requirements, and maintains, tests and integrates application components\n\nEnsures that system improvements are successfully implemented\n\nHandles Incidents per published SLAs, ensures system stability by actioning required maintenance scheduled tasks, and addresses system issues impacting SLAs\n\nImplements ServiceNow workflows that integrate with external web services\n\nDesigns and develops a workflow framework that can be applied to many workflows, and continuing to seek new opportunities to improve our current manual processes\n\nProvides standard methodologies for guiding adoption and influencing the customer to make investments in the solution\n\nHelps define the services that ServiceNow delivers and gets alignment with customers on service definitions, SLAs and critical metrics\n\nStrong ServiceNow administration skills and experience\n\n\n\nQualifications\n\n\n4+ years of overall ITSM experience\n\n3+ years’ experience developing on the ServiceNow platform\n\nServiceNow Certified Systems Administration (CSA) certification\n\nServiceNow Certified Application Developer certification\n\nExperience in HTML, CSS, Javascript, AJAX\n\nExperience of one popular web framework - React, AngularJS\n\nStrong experience working with HR modules in ServiceNow\n\nAbility to develop web services such as Scripted REST APIs and Rest Messages\n\nExperience integrating to multiple data sources (SOAP, REST, Webhooks, and JSON as well as JDBC and file imports)\n\nExperience with standard methodologies of software development - logging, unit testing (ATF), code reviews, etc\n\nAdvanced scripting experience applying best practice formatting and comments in Script Includes, Business Rules, etc\n\nExperience with upgrades and skipped update remediation\n\nExperience utilizing the Agile/Scrum methodology to define and deliver development work\n\nExcellent communication skills\n\n\n\nPreferred Qualifications\n\n\nSolid understanding of the ServiceNow Common Service Data Model (CSDM)\n\nCertified Implementation Specialist certification in one of the OOTB ServiceNow modules (HRSD, ITSM, ITBM, ITOM, etc.)\n\nServiceNow Service Portal micro-certifications\n\nITIL V3 Foundation or above\n\n\n\nWhy work for Launchpad?\n\n\n100% remote\n\nPeople first culture\n\nExcellent compensation in US Dollars\n\nHardware setup for working from home\n\nWork with global teams and prominent brands based in North America, Europe, and Asia\n\nTraining allowances\n\nPersonal time off (PTO) for vacations, study leave, personal time, etc.\n\n...and more!\n\n\n \n\n#Salary and compensation\n
