Be sure to explore our Interviewing Guide to learn how to ace our interview process.\nAbout the Role\nTwitch Rivals is looking for an experienced Program Manager, Broadcast Operations to manage the daily planning, organization and execution of all online Twitch Rivals streams. Reporting to the Director of Community Originals, you will collaborate with team members and vendors to produce remote streams across diverse gaming genres and Twitch communities. You will draw from previous work to scale operational solutions in order to help achieve program level goals to engage and entertain communities across Twitch.\n\nYou can work remotely in the US for this role.\nYou Will:\n\n\n* Project manage all aspects of 60+ competitive gaming entertainment streams / year\n\n* Manage broadcast and tournament production vendor including all expected deliverables necessary for streams\n\n* Work cross-functionally throughout the Twitch business to coordinate relevant work, with emphasis on Business Development, Creative, Analytics, Sales, Customer Trust, Marketing, and Partnerships teams\n\n* Partner with the Product lead + Creative and Executive Producers for Twitch Rivals on competition formats, interactivity, and other stream elements\n\n* Monitor broadcast and act as point of escalation for all online Twitch Rivals events\n\n* Understand production costs and recommend budget solutions\n\n* Define operational priorities, and improve performance by identifying risks early, planning contingencies, and reacting to issues in real-time\n\n\n\nYou Have:\n\n\n* BA/BS degree or equivalent industry experience\n\n* 5+ years experience in one or multiple areas including: esports or broadcast production, creative production, project management, program management\n\n* Comfort working cross-functionally and building relationships with various external partners\n\n* Experience with decision-making in high pressure moments\n\n\n\nBonus Points\n\n\n* Detail oriented, and digs into the details of each project managed\n\n* Deep familiarity with Twitch, streaming, video games, and internet culture\n\n* Direct experience building competitive gaming events across multiple genres\n\n\n\nPerks\n\n\n* Medical, Dental, Vision & Disability Insurance\n\n* 401(k)\n\n* Maternity & Parental Leave\n\n* Flexible PTO\n\n* Amazon Employee Discount\n\n\n\n\n \n\nWe are an equal opportunity employer and value diversity at Twitch.
