We are the backbone of every feature and every release going out to our beloved customers. Our team owns the underlying infrastructure within the apps, the infrastructure building the apps, and the core features like video playback. Every mobile team at Twitch depends on what we build and how we build it. As an iOS Engineer on Mobile Core, you will focus on developer velocity, highly performant user experiences and insisting on the highest standards for app quality and performance. You will identify and lead complex projects with large scale influence and collaborate with engineers and partners across the company. We are looking for, and motivated people. With Amazon's customer obsession philosophy we are bolstering our Customer Support team to provide excellent service to all of our community members, whether they be creators, customers, developers, or viewers.\n\nWe are looking for a Customer Experience Specialist to join our growing team in our San Francisco, London, and Irvine offices. You will support a variety of Twitch users, while ensuring they have the best possible experience, but you will also spend time working with product and engineering teams to share customer feedback and insights to help us build the best possible platform and services for our community.\n\nAs a CXS, you will review and resolve support requests using a variety of software tools to navigate user accounts, research and review policies, and communicate solutions to our community in a fun environment.
