\nPrincipal Global Mobility & Immigration Partner\n\nWhy We Need You\n\nThe subject matter expert, manager, and employee resource for all things related to global mobility and immigration management, and administration. Owns the strategic planning and day-to-day administration of our global mobility and immigration programs. You will lead the design and revamp of our global mobility, and immigration, programs globally, serving as the vendor manager for the visa advisory services and immigration counsel.\nKey Responsibilities - How You Impact Our Vision\n\n\nManage global mobility and immigration processes, programs, vendor management, and systems in a high-growth and scaling company serving all global regions\n\nResponsible for global assignment and/or immigration cases; may include executive level cases or other high touches/high profile cases\n\nIn partnership with cross-functional teams, develop comprehensive immigration and mobility strategies that align with PagerDutyโs long-term strategic global expansion objectives.\n\nLead the effort to design, build, and execute key programs surrounding global mobility and immigration\n\nPartner closely with our visa advisory services and immigration counsel and recruiting to ensure efficient and accurate processing of international assignments and relocation\n\nOwn the design and execution of global mobility and immigration programs supporting short- and long-term transfers, assignments, and domestic or international relocation.\n\nTeach and enable recruiting and HRBP teams as part of the adoption process\n\nCollaborate with business leaders and cross-functional teams on identifying, documenting, and adopting best practices for global mobility and immigration programs\n\nRegularly assess innovative practices and trends in global mobility and immigration and recommend new approaches to allow us to remain competitive, specifically in the high-growth tech industry and due to global expansion\n\nCoordinate processing of immigration status applications and employment authorization for employees and candidates \n\nServe as a partner with corporate tax, legal, government agencies, and third-party vendors on immigration, relocation, and mobility\n\nCommunicate visa application results and relocation packages\n\nAnswer questions and resolve escalated issues from employees and HRBPs \n\nStay current with laws, statutory requirements, and regulations governing domestic and international mobility and immigration globally\n\nDevelop program communications and resource materials to increase employee understanding and engagement of programs with a key focus on continuous process improvement.\n\nCoordinate the creation, review, and implementation of policies and procedures resulting from company changes, new laws, and regulations\n\nEvaluate and update policies, procedures, training materials, and other communication tools\n\nEnsure company compliance with country, federal, state, and local laws and reporting requirements\n\n\n\n\nAbout You - Minimum Qualifications\n\n\nBachelorโs degree or 4 years of an equivalent combination of experience, skills, training, and education.\n\nPlus 6+ yearsโ experience in Global Mobility/Global Assignment Management, specifically immigration management experience with a focus on US immigration\n\nUS immigration experience handling large volumes of immigrant and non-immigrant matters including H1B, L1, TN, E3, O1, and the PERM (greencard) labor certification process\n\nExperience working for a multinational company with a global presence\n\nExperience with expatriate & relocation program management and working knowledge of creating cost estimates and assignment letters\n\nProven experience leading the design of mobility strategies\n\nKnowledge of global statutory requirements\n\nApplicants must be cu\n\n\n\n\nPreferred Skills\n\n\nExperience in high tech\n\nGlobal Mobility Specialist (GMS) Certification\n\n\n \n\n#Salary and compensation\n
