To learn more, please visit: www.colibrigroup.com\n\n\nPosition Overview:\n\n\nWe are currently seeking a Marketing Coordinator within the Teacher Education Ecosystem at Colibri\n\n\nThe Marketing Coordinator works with the Digital Marketing Manager to implement the day-to-day marketing strategy for our B2C/B2B marketing to reach departmental goals while completing our mission to lead people to achieve more, adapt and thrive in their careers. \n\n\nThe ideal candidate understands B2C and B2B marketing, has experience with lead generation, sales enablement, and multi-channel marketing campaigns with practical experience in paid advertising, email marketing and website management. \n\n\n\nWhat You'll Do \n* Implement and manage the day-to-day execution of B2C/B2B marketing plans, campaigns, and strategies\n* Support the execution of creative assets for marketing campaigns \n* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and deploy strategies and collateral for partners, agencies, contractors, and sales teams\n* Build and schedule emails and SMS for various audiences within HubSpot\n* Review referral and affiliate conversions for payment processing\n* Manage relationships with existing partners, onboard new partners, and work with internal and external teams to support their growth and success.\n* Maintain a shared drive of assets and collateral for internal and external stakeholders\n* Build and publish Zoom events on our website and integrate with HubSpot\n* Provide general support for paid advertising, website maintenance and internal communications.\n* QA agency and contractor deliverables\n* Other duties as assigned\n\n\n\nWhat You'll Need to Succeed \n* Bachelorโs Degree in Business, Marketing, or Communication\n* 1-3 years of marketing experience \n* Some understanding of B2C and B2B marketing best practices\n* Exceptional clear written and verbal communication skills\n* Project management experience\n* Experience working with HubSpot, WordPress, and PMS\n* Must be proficient in the Microsoft Office Suite including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint\n* Positive, can-do attitude with ability to problem solve\n* Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment\n\n\n\n\n\n\nColibri Group welcomes applicants from all backgrounds and experiences, and we understand that not every candidate will meet every requirement listed in the job description.
