Join us in our mission to empower small businesses and help them save time and money. \nAbout the role\n\nAs a Lead Product Manager for Tideโs global card issuing product suite, you will build strategy and execute delivery of our global card issuing product suite across our Europe businesses. \n\nYouโre an experienced Product Manager with a broad skill set - driven, analytical, commercial and strategic with a passion for using technology to deliver great card products, features and experiences for our businesses. You are resolutely customer-focused and recognise the importance of truly understanding what matters to customers, constantly obsessing about customer.\n\nYouโll be working as part of a team to help us build card business expense solutions for micro and small businesses. \n\nYouโll be working alongside experienced product professionals and hand-in-hand with senior developers, data scientists, designers, and marketers to research, build, ship and improve the product. You will be commercially focused and you will need a good understanding of data and ability to make decisions based on those metrics. You will be evaluating a competitive space and striving to continuously improve our position in the market.\n\n\n* Develop and drive the product vision & strategy within our card issuing business, aligned with the company's overall objectives and targets.\n\n* Conduct market research to identify trends, competitive landscape, and customer needs to inform product decisions.\n\n* Drive the product-led cross-functional teams through the product development lifecycle, from concept to launch and eventual value realisation, while ensuring timely delivery and quality.\n\n* Prioritise product features and enhancements based on market requirements, customer feedback, and business goals.\n\n* Create and maintain a product roadmap, ensuring alignment with near- & medium-term business objectives and long-term vision.\n\n* Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders, including engineering, operations, risk, marketing and other product teams, to ensure a coordinated product strategy and successful launches.\n\n* Define and scope new product ideas leveraging internal technology and external vendor solutions.\n\n* Cultivate a seamless customer experience by ensuring the smooth functioning of automated and manual processes.\n\n* Lead by example: you will be hands on, take ownership for business metrics and product KPIs and play a pivotal role in bringing all stakeholders onboard.\n\n* Responsible for working with the finance team during our quarterly forecasting cycles.\n\n* Responsible for driving revenue growth through insights, developing and delivering product features, creating product efficiencies and enhancements to the customer experience and along customer journeys.\n\n\n\nWhat we are looking for\n\n\n* You have 9+ years of experience in Cards (Debit, Prepaid & Credit) Product Management with Proven experience working with agile/scrum delivery teams.\n\n* Strong understanding of the card issuing, payments, and financial technology preferably with strong experience in App development across global geographies.\n\n* Youโre a product evangelist: obsessed with the end user, well-versed in best in class product research and development practices and are willing to share your knowledge with other product owners\n\n* Leadership acumen and a desire to mentor and manage fellow PMs\n\n* Comfort in a fast-paced environment, adapting to shifting priorities and pioneering new processes.\n\n* You have Technical knowledge and experience with API-based products.\n\n* Strong understanding of the latest payment scheme rules & wider regulations in global markets and can articulate risk implications of card products.\n\n* A proactive "can-do" attitude, adept at multitasking and achieving results.\n\n* Commercial experience is driving growth revenue and have a strong understanding of the card revenue drivers across the cards flywheel\n\n* Strong communication skills and have the ability to communicate to stakeholders at different levels. \n\n\n\nWhat youโll get in return:\n\n\n* 25 days paid annual leave \n\n* 3 paid days off for volunteering or L&D activities\n\n* Extended maternity and paternity leave covered by the company\n\n* Personal L&D budget in the amount of 1000 BGN per year\n\n* Additional health & dental insurance\n\n* Mental wellbeing platform \n\n* Fully covered Multisports card\n\n* Food vouchers\n\n* Snacks, light food, drinks in the office\n\n* WFH equipment allowance\n\n* Flexible working from home\n\n* Sabbatical Leave\n\n* Share options\n\n\n\nTidean Ways of Working\n\nAt Tide, we champion a flexible workplace model that supports both in-person and remote work to cater to the specific needs of our different teams. \n\nWhile remote work is supported, we believe in the power of face-to-face interactions to foster team spirit and collaboration.
