Summary: \nBusiness Process Review and Optimization Consultants for College & University Finance Systems working with our teams in assisting our clients in fully leveraging their ERP/CRM systems feature and functionality (Colleague / Banner / Jenzabar / Salesforce / Slate / Etc.). The ideal candidate will have expertise in College and University financial management including but not limited to: GL/Chart of Accounts, Accrual Accounting, Budgeting, Purchasing, Contracts, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Grants Management, Fixed Assets, Student Payroll, Tax Reporting, Analytics & Reporting.ย The candidate will review and implement within higher education the above listed advancement functional areas\n\nRequirements \nDemonstrated ability to lead organizational change and the full adoption of technology to enable organizational operations and efficiency\nโข5+ yearsโ experience leading, managing or directing finance functional areas of an organization and/or with ERP/CRM implementation\nโขSolid leadership skills, including facilitating diverse groups, creating consensus building and preparing the organization and individuals for change and ongoing continuous improvement\nโขBusiness process review experience, including reviewing and recommending policy changes, staffing, and organizational alignment changes, and realignment of roles and responsibilities when appropriate\nโขDemonstration of superior communication skills and the ability to provide a consultative approach to end clients\nโขDemonstrated experience facilitating the diverse needs of functional areas, students, faculty, staff and leadership across higher education organizations.\nโขDemonstrated ability to map current and desired processes with detail showing the various process steps and who is performing each step.\nโขThis includes mapping out very complex and at times dysfunctional processes that have arisen over time in an organization.\n\nRequirements \nDemonstrated ability to lead organizational change and the full adoption of technology to enable organizational operations and efficiency\n โข 5+ yearsโ experience leading, managing or directing finance functional areas of an organization and/or with ERP/CRM implementation\n โข Solid leadership skills, including facilitating diverse groups, creating consensus building and preparing the organization and individuals for change and ongoing continuous improvement\n โข Business process review experience, including reviewing and recommending policy changes, staffing, and organizational alignment changes, and realignment of roles and responsibilities when appropriate\n โข Demonstration of superior communication skills and the ability to provide a consultative approach to end clients\n โข Demonstrated experience facilitating the diverse needs of functional areas, students, faculty, staff and leadership across higher education organizations.\n โข Demonstrated ability to map current and desired processes with detail showing the various process steps and who is performing each step.\n โข This includes mapping out very complex and at times dysfunctional processes that have arisen over time in an organization.\n\nPreferred \nMinimum of 5 years related experience with demonstrated experience in the higher education environment. \nโข College Degree Required, Masters or above Preferred\n\nPrior work as: Finance Business Analyst working with ERP/CRM products\n\nTravel\nUp to 50%\n\n\n\nWhat You Can Expect from Us\nAt CampusWorks, we don't just help our clients succeed; we help our employees succeed.
