We are looking to add full-time, 100% remote engineers to our fast growing engineering teams.\nYou will be working on:\n\n\nArchitecting solutions to complex engineering problems\n\nPush the barriers of performance, scale and reliability of core services leveraged multiple products\n\nExecute the product plans and manage delivery commitments\n\nMentor the engineers in the team and help them deliver to the best of their abilities\n\nSet clear career paths for your team and help every individual pursue their growth path\n\nWork very closely with the product team to develop and curate the product roadmap\n\nDefine clear goals on a quarterly basis for the team and guide the team with the execution\n\nOwn and drive the tech roadmap. Plan and deliver on a quarterly basis.\n\n\n\nWe are looking for:\n\n\n2+ years of engineering leadership experience\n\n8+ years software development experience\n\nProven experience in designing and developing backend services and persistence models at scale \n\nHands on experience in designing and building micro services and familiarity with cloud native landscape\n\nExperience in hiring and building teams. Ability and passion for mentoring talent\n\nBias for action with a keen eye for detail. Be data driven\n\nTechnical expertise in container stack.
