Remote Product Growth Manager Activation

Vimeo Growth sits at the convergence of product, marketing, and data, digging through data to find the needle in the haystack and obsessing about user experiences, balancing what’s right for the business and fighting for what’s best for the user. Historically the team has been lean, but we’re at a pivotal stage in our journey where we need to scale for rapid experimentation velocity. We are looking for that outstanding leader with the hunger to build a fast, forward-thinking, high-impact process from the ground up with a ready & willing team by their side. Could you be the next growth leader here?\n\n\nWhat you’ll do:\n\n\n\n\nDefine and drive the activation strategy to unlock user engagement and subscription growth from our growing base of millions of new and existing users that come into our flagship experience.\n\n\nDevelop a deep understanding of our users to help identify the right persona and lifecycle segmentation needed to nudge users into the next best actions for them.\n\n\nIdentify and own key activation pathways, crafting repeatable and scalable frameworks and components to enable targeting users with the right information at the right time.\n\n\nLead experimentation process around collecting more user information about a user to generate a robust profile that will allow the team to drive key actions and unlock value.\n\n\nDrive cross functional activation strategy across growth, CRM, paid marketing and core product teams.\n\n\nPartner with various product teams to ensure new products and existing products have the appropriate on ramps needed to be able to activate users into key features.\n\n\nChampion and balance user needs with revenue metrics through innovative and robust experimentation\n\n\nHelp hire, build, and scale the Activation Growth team in partnership with the leadership team.\n\n\n\n\n\n\nSkills and knowledge you should possess:\n\n\n\n\n3+ years in a growth or product role\n\n\n2+ years experience driving product-led growth and experimentation methodologies.\n\n\nBachelor’s degree\n\n\nExperience leading a cross-functional team, and driving strong engineering partnership\n\n\nExperience developing in-product and out-of-product experiences\n\n\nProven track record in using data to drive product and/or business decisions\n\n\nConsistent impact on the business on top level metrics\n\n\nAbility to encourage, empower, and lead teams to shoot for the moon\n\n\nStrong foundational understanding of A/B testing methodologies and impact measurement\n\n\nAn extraordinary sense of humor and the ability to roll with the punches (your team leader will have a bunch of bad dad jokes)\n\n\n\n\n\n#LI-JS1
