The ideal candidate is attentive to details with a minimum of five years of working experience in equity administration and a passion for process improvement and innovation.\n\n\nStackAdapt is a remote-first company, we are open to candidates located anywhere in Canada for this position.\n\n\n\nWhat you will be doing:\n* Manage and maintain the company's share capitalization table, ensuring the accuracy and completeness of all equity data.\n* Be the main point of contact for equity at StackAdapt, and own all equity transactions including but not limited to equity award issuance, participant termination, and exercise requests.\n* Conducting reviews on change requests processed in StackAdapt’s equity management database and maintaining accurate equity plan and cap table data.\n* Document and periodically update company policies on equity administration procedures.\n* Assist in the preparation and distribution of equity-related communications to employees, including grant agreements, tax forms, and other documentation.\n* Support employee’s education and awareness of equity awards to ensure participants have a positive experience.
