You will be involved in market assessments, data analysis, budgeting and reporting. \n\nThis versatile role will equip you with a comprehensive understanding of the interconnected dynamics within the blockchain industry and work on projects such as:\n\nAccounting Research and Bookkeeping\n\n\n* Conduct accounting research and prepare journal entries based on findings.\n\n* Organize an easily accessible financial filing system.\n\n* Prepare accounting reports for senior management.\n\n* Perform basic bookkeeping tasks and data entry.\n\n* Assist in financial audits and reconciliations.\n\n\n\n\nData Collection and Analysis\n\n\n* Gather financial and operational data from multiple systems.\n\n* Perform data validation to ensure accuracy and completeness.\n\n* Assist in the preparation of financial models and projections.\n\n\n\n\nReporting and Dashboard Creation\n\n\n* Contribute to the preparation of monthly management reports.\n\n* Support the visualization of trends and variances in financial data.\n\n\n\n\nVariance Analysis\n\n\n* Assist in analyzing budget versus actual financial performance.\n\n* Provide support for cost analysis and identification of variances.\n\n\n\n\nBudgeting and Forecasting Support\n\n\n* Aid in inputting data into financial models during budgeting and forecasting cycles.\n\n* Assist in budget preparation and expense tracking.\n\n\n\n\nWho you are\n\nOur ideal candidate will have:\n\n\n* A high degree of enthusiasm and interest in working within the crypto and blockchain industry\n\n* Currently studying an undergraduate degree in Finance, Accounting or related business fields\n\n* Previous internship experience preferred\n\n* Proficiency in Microsoft Excel\n\n* Strong attention to detail, communication and exceptional problem-solving skills\n\n* We require a driven individual with the ability to work autonomously \n\n* Analytical mindset and research skills\n\n* You can work in English\n\n\n\n\nWhat We Offer in Return\n\n\n* Opportunity to work at the forefront of the digital asset industry\n\n* Autonomy and a flat structure means you can contribute your ideas from day one and help shape the foundation that will power our future business.\n\n\n\n\nAt Auros, we value nimbleness, drive for success, owner mentality, and collaboration.
