Ensure all documentation is accurate and up-to-date.\n\nOversee the testing process to ensure that all configurations and customizations meet the specified requirements and quality standards.\n\nConduct training sessions for end-users and provide post-implementation support to ensure a smooth transition to the new system.\n\n\n\nThe experience you bring\n\n8-10 years of professional experience in HR IT, with hands-on experience in SAP SuccessFactors, with 2-4 years of this experience should be in a leadership or managerial capacity, demonstrating the ability to lead projects, manage teams, and work with stakeholders\n\nA bachelor's degree (B.A.) from a four-year college or university in Business Administration, Human Resources Management, Information Technology, or a related field\n\nSAP SuccessFactors experience is mandatory.
