We view this as a source of strength for us and your job is to help us make it even better.\n\nYour Role:\n\nThe Systems Analyst - Make-to-Sell / Production Systems Support will be responsible for supporting and enhancing our manufacturing and production systems, ensuring seamless operations and effective integration across all relevant departments. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills, deep technical knowledge of MTS processes, and a proactive approach to problem-solving. \n\n What You'll Do:\n\n\nProvide day-to-day operational support for Make-to-Sell and production systems. Support implementation of EDI enabled processes with customers and vendors\n\nMonitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and implement solutions to ensure minimal downtime and maximum efficiency. (Application Programming Interfaces), messaging queues, and middleware platforms.\n\nCollaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex technical problems affecting production.  \n\nIdentify opportunities for system improvements, efficiency enhancements, and cost-saving initiatives.\n\nParticipate in the design, development, and implementation of system upgrades and enhancements.\n\nConduct thorough testing of new features and functionalities to ensure they meet business requirements.\n\nDevelop and maintain comprehensive documentation for system processes, configurations, and user guides.\n\nConduct training sessions for end-users to promote efficient and effective use of production systems\n\nProvide ongoing support and guidance to users on system functionalities and best practices.\n\nExtract and analyze data from production systems to generate meaningful insights and reports.\n\nImplement and maintain data integrity measures to safeguard sensitive information.\n\nStay current with emerging integration technologies, trends, and best practices, and evaluate their potential impact and relevance to the organization. \n\n\n\n\nWhat You Bring to the Table:\n\n\nBachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field; advanced degree or relevant certifications preferred.\n\n2 + years proven experience as a Systems Analyst or similar role, with a focus on Make-to-Sell and production systems.\n\nAbility to travel 25% for team meetings, company offsites, employee onboarding trips and other business needs   \n\nUnderstanding of manufacturing processes, including supply chain management and inventory control.  \n\nStrong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
