This role requires hands-on experience in platform configurations, customization, design and development with a passion to learn & support new Sales Enablement tools and technologies. You will collaborate with the PMO, IT Operations and cross-functional business operations teams like Revenue and Marketing to analyze their requirements or issues and provide solutions to ensure high levels of performance and scalability. This role will also assist the global Customer Engagement team in improving data quality within the CRM, recommending  process or system improvements to help LevelTen scale our business, training users on system changes, and documenting processes / changes. We expect this role to impact the team by improving customer-facing teamsโ€™ experience with Salesforce/related tools, customer experience, and business insight/efficiency for all teams, ultimately increasing revenue and team effectiveness.\n\n \nDuties and Responsibilities\n\n\n* Own and manage our Salesforce instance and roadmap\n\n* Provide day-to-day support with Salesforce and related systems \n\n* Ensure optimal performance, functionality and user experience in Salesforce\n\n* Support marketing technology suite, including Account Engagement (Pardot). \n\n* Support integrations with Sales and Customer Success technology suite, including Sales Engagement (Outreach.io), Quote to Cash (Nue.io). \n\n* Monitor and improve user adoption\n\n* New user setup and ongoing user training / troubleshooting\n\n* Produce and maintain technical documentation\n\n\n\n\n \nQualifications & Experience\n\n\n* Hard Skills\n\n\n\n* 4+ years of relevant experience in Salesforce Administration, Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, Marketing Operations, Business Operations, or a similar role. \n\n* Extensive experience with Salesforce Lightning and managing sales & marketing tools and integrations. \n\n* Salesforce certification required (e.g. Salesforce Administrator, Advanced Administrator, Platform App Builder)\n\n* Experience creating / managing fields and custom objects\n\n* Experience managing profiles, permission sets, role hierarchies, and security settings\n\n* Understanding of how to create and maintain Flows, Process Builder, Workflow Rules, and Validation Rules\n\n* Experience with documenting and auditing the Salesforce implementation, relevant integrations, and technology stack. \n\n* Nice to have: experience with other technology systems we use (e.g. Outreach.io, Nue.io, Docusign, Zoominfo, Tableau) \n\n\n\n* Soft Skills\n\n\n\n* Excellent problem-solving skills, a strategic mindset, and a bias towards action.\n\n* Strong written and verbal communication skills\n\n* Experience managing and communicating clearly with multiple cross-functional stakeholders to understand needs and use cases\n\n* Demonstrated track record of driving work to completion with competing priorities.\n\n* Learnerโ€™s mindset - eager to stay up to date with new technologies, best practices, and the evolving needs of the business. \n\n* Experience working in global organizations, balancing live and async communication across time-zones. \n\n* Experience with renewable energy  (not required) \n\n\n\n\n\n\nAdditional details:\n\n\n* The estimated compensation for this position is $90,000 - $110,000 per year, based on experience and qualifications.
