See more of what we do here. \n\n\nWe are looking for candidates who have 1 to 3 years of experience in technical support or customer service role with a bachelorโs degree in computer science or information Technology or equivalent. They are passionate about technology and enjoy helping others. Candidate has excellent problem-solving skills and is patient with customers who are less tech-savvy.
