Our business-minded approach to agile development ensures that we align to client goals from the earliest conceptual stages through market launch and beyond.\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\nKey Responsibilities :\n* Facilitate effective communication with client project stakeholders regarding project status and recommendations.\n* Craft client code that is not just efficient, but also performant, testable, scalable, secure, and of the highest quality.\n* Actively participate in accurate planning and estimation efforts, utilizing project methods and tools.\n* Proficiently gather requirements and organize/present developed features for clients.\n* Engage in agile software development, including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, team retrospectives, and other governance activities.\n* Actively participate in the Engineering Practice community, mentoring others through Communities of Practice (CoPs) or on project teams, and supporting the growth of technical capabilities.\n* Team Coordination and Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, such as product managers, designers, and other engineers, to ensure that technical decisions align with project goals and timelines.\n* Code Quality and Standards: Enforce coding standards, review code and mentor team members to maintain high code quality, consistency, and adherence to best practices.\n* Problem Solving and Technical Challenges: Address complex technical challenges, troubleshoot issues, and provide guidance on solving technical problems, ensuring the successful delivery of UI projects.\n\n\n\nMandatory Skillsets Required :\n* A minimum of 6+ years of experience/expertise in the following areas specified below:\n* FSD – Java (min Java11), Spring, Springboot, Microservices: Java (min Java 11)\n* -Javascript: Angular Framework: Springboot, RxJS \n* -Other : CSS, Microservices, communications\n* Experience in Agile software development methodologies and documentation.\n* Expertise in applying Object-Oriented Programming principles (abstraction, encapsulation).\n* Good understanding of SOLID principles.\n* Proficiency in the English language and good communication skills. \n* Should be able to communicate independently with clients.\n\n\n\nAdditional experience Desired\n* Datacenter working background to understand terminology while capturing requirements.\n* Expertise in applying Object-Oriented Programming principles (abstraction, encapsulation).\n\n\n\n\n* \n\n\n\n\n\n\n\nAt 3Pillar, we offer a world of opportunity:\nImagine a flexible work environment – whether it's the office, your home, or a blend of both.
