Remote Tech Lead Python and React
During your day as a Tech Lead, you will:\n\n\nLead a team of technical professionals, being developers and/or quality assurance engineers;\n\nConduct regular one-on-one meetings with team members to provide feedback, mentorship, and support their career development;\n\nCollaborate with business stakeholders to translate business needs into technical requirements and provide technical solutions that align with business objectives;\n\nDesign and develop technical solutions using the latest technologies and best practices;\n\nCreate and maintain architecture diagrams to ensure technical solutions align with business objectives;\n\nProvide technical mentorship and guidance to team members, fostering a culture of collaboration, learning, and innovation within the team;\n\nDevelop and maintain strong relationships with team members and stakeholders, promoting effective communication and trust;\n\nEnsure successful project delivery through effective leadership, collaboration, and problem-solving;\n\nContinuously improve team processes and practices to increase efficiency and quality.\n\n\n\nAs a Tech Lead, you need to have:\n\n\n\n\n* Have strong communication skills in English (Advanced - Fluent);\n\n* At least 1 year working as a Tech or Team Leader;\n\n* 5-7 years experience in Python: Demonstrated expertise in Python development, with a strong track record of delivering high-quality code and solutions;\n\n* 2 years experience in React Native: Proficiency in React Native development, with the ability to lead and mentor a team of developers in this technology;\n\n* Database Knowledge and Query Optimization: Deep understanding of databases, including SQL and NoSQL, and the ability to optimize queries for performance;\n\nExcellent people skills, including the ability to lead and motivate a team of technical professionals, provide mentorship and guidance through one-on-one meetings, and build strong relationships with stakeholders;\n\nExcellent communication skills, including the ability to translate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders;\n\nStrong problem-solving skills and the ability to identify and mitigate risks;\n\nExperience with Agile software development methodologies;\n\nExperience with cloud technologies;\n\nBe able to work according to Eastern Standard Time (EST).\n\n\n\n\n \nPreferred Skills:\n\n\n* Logistics: Knowledge and experience in logistics, supply chain management, or related fields would be a valuable asset;\n\n* Operational Research: Familiarity with operational research techniques and methodologies;\n\n* Econometrics: Your background in econometrics could bring a unique perspective to data analysis and modeling tasks;\n\n* Documentation: As someone who values documentation, you will ensure that code and project documentation are maintained at a high standard.\n\n\n\n \nAs an e-Corean, you will have flexible benefits in a model that you will choose what’s the best for you:\n\nHealth, dental, and life insurance\n\nMeal and/or Food allowance\n\nMulti Benefits Card\n\n15 days of vacation every 6 months (30 days of PTO per year)\n\nPrivate Pension Plan\n\nShort-Term Incentive Plan (PLR)\n\nParking allowance in SP and POA offices\n\nPossibility to choose between a variety of work models\n\nFinancial support for studies and daycare center\n\nFlexible work hours\n\nCustomized setup (e.g, monitor, earphones/headsets, keyboard)\n\nMonthly Remote Work Allowance (according to your work model)\n\nGympass partnership\n\n\n\n\n \nIf you are a passionate software developer with leadership skills and the ability to work in a variety of fields, we encourage you to apply.
