We move fast, value autonomy and ownership, and we are always looking for new ideas.\n\nThe primary responsibility of this position will be to ensure the successful data migration from Shareworks to our new chosen provider, tbc in October. This includes cleaning, checking and signing off of all data for the migration, providing technical expertise to assist colleagues throughout the company. The role will support both the data transition processes and work to implement controls for future share plan administration. Additionally, the role will assist in creating relevant participant communications in relation to the migration project for all Deliveroo share plans, and work with internal stakeholders and our share plan provider to support with the resolution of participant queries and to optimise the working of our systems after the official migration and new systemโs launch date.\n\n \n\nKey accountabilities:\nInput into the planning of the share plans migration process\nEnsure an effective and timely transition of Deliveroo share plans globally to our new share plans system provider, including the transposing of share plan events such as awards, vestings, etc.\nSupport the activities required to successfully set up the new share plans system, including data cleanse, testing etc.\nCollaborate with internal stakeholders (including Reward, Company Secretary, Finance, Tax, Payroll etc.) and form a relationship with the companyโs external share plans administrator during the migration process\nImplement best practice in terms of compliance, accuracy, and the employee experience when delivering the final product of the system\nIdentify opportunities to mitigate future risk when setting up the new share plans system\nImplement long-term control processes for the new share plan system\nEnsure all relevant documentation and communications and share plan communications are clear, accurate and informative for share plan participants\nAct as a point of contact for queries regarding share plansโ administration\n\nKey processes and deliverables: \nSupport on the planning of the share plans system migration and administration setup \nEnsure data accuracy and optimisation on the new share plans system\nCollaborate with internal stakeholders and external provider in relation to the migration project\n\nExperience required:\n\nExperience working with company share plans \n\nData Migration Expertise: Experience in data migration, ensuring accuracy and timely transition of share plans to a new system.\nTechnical and Project Management Skills: Provide technical support, manage project planning and execution, and ensure compliance and accuracy.\nStakeholder Collaboration: Work effectively with internal teams (Reward, Finance, Tax, etc.) and external administrators.\nCommunication Skills: Create clear and informative participant communications and documentation.\nRisk Mitigation and Control: Identify risks and implement long-term control processes.\nProblem-Solving and Support: Act as a contact for queries and optimize system performance post-migration.\n\nWorkplace & Benefits:\nAt Deliveroo we know that people are the heart of the business and we prioritise their welfare.
