Remote Senior Product Marketing Manager

Join us on our journey to accelerate change for good through inclusive problem solving!\n\n\nThoughtExchange is looking for a Senior Product Marketing Manager to play a central role in driving product marketing efforts to expand our offering and develop brand-new solutions. \n\n\nThey will work closely with leaders across sales, customer success, and product teams to shape new offerings. Theyโll play a critical role in gathering customer insights, defining market requirements, creating messaging, and leading the go-to-market strategy including positioning, segmentation, value propositions, and packaging.\n\n\nThe ideal candidate has direct experience entering new industries and shaping go-to-market strategies from the ground up. \n\n\nWhat You'll Do:\n\n\nGo To Market Strategy\n- Lead the creation and execution of data-informed product marketing strategies to take new products and features to the market, and drive adoption within our existing customer base\n- Conduct market research, customer segmentation, ideal customer profile identification, and use case research\n- Work closely with product management to ensure a clear understanding of our product roadmap and value across the organization\n- Work closely with marketing to define the most effective routes to market\n- Track both marketing funnel conversion trends and product usage to inform campaigns, content creation, and enablement resources. \n\n\nMessaging and Propositioning\n- Create comprehensive product positioning and messaging that differentiates ThoughtExchange in the competitive survey category\n- Lean on your understanding of our buyersโ needs and competitive landscape to build compelling narratives for our product offerings\n- Create effective messaging that clearly articulates our unique value propositions and differentiates our product and expertise in the market\n\n\nEnablement:\n- Build strong alignment and working relationships across functions including sales, customer success, marketing, and product management\n- Work closely with the sales enablement to provide training, tools, and resources needed for effective product positioning and communication\n- Help to develop and deliver enablement resources and training across GTM stakeholders including sales, marketing, and customer success\n- Collaborate with marketing teams to ensure top-of-funnel success (e.g., demand generation, content, and events)\n\n\n- Support our Anti-Racism and Diversity, Equity and Inclusion (ADEI) mandate by (at a minimum) being aware of our ADEI commitment and initiatives and completing all required ADEI training.\n\n\nWhat We Think Is True About You:\n- 5+ years of experience in product marketing, with a focus on SaaS products\n- Proven success in developing and executing go-to-market strategies that drive revenue growth and adoption\n- Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills, with the ability to translate market trends into actionable insights\n- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence both internal teams and external stakeholders\n\n\nThe hiring range for this role is $110,000-$123,000 CAD.
