Remote Senior Director HR Business Partner
\nSenior Director, HR Business Partner\n\nAs Senior Director, HR Business Partner, you'll partner with 3Cloud’s senior leaders to influence culture, organizational health, performance management and people programs. 3Cloud is a rapidly growing professional services organization and a nationally recognized top workplace. The Senior Director, HR Business Partner advises leaders on creating an environment that is a destination for exceptional talent, creates meaningful connections, and scales with growth. If you have a growth mindset and love to coach, you’ll dig this opportunity to add value to 3Cloud.\n\nWhile this is a remote first role, preferred candidates will reside in Chicago or neighboring communities to periodically lead and participate in events at 3Cloud’s Downers Grove headquarters. \n\n Responsibilities:\n\n\n* Serve as a hands-on business partner to one or more of 3Cloud’s delivery practices or business functions.\n\n* Lead a team of business partners in working with senior leaders to improve organizational health and performance.\n\n* Manage 3Cloud’s performance management and feedback processes and their continuous improvement.\n\n* Partner with the HR Leadership team to develop people strategies that attract, develop and retain exceptional talent.\n\n* Derive insights on organizational health from people and engagement data.\n\n* Deliver impact through practical problem solving, engagement with stakeholders, and action-oriented execution.\n\n* Advocate for team members in creating a positive, collaborative, inclusive work environment.\n\n\n\n\n \n\nSkills/Qualifications:\n\n\n* Demonstrated results as a senior HR business partner with 7+ years of HR leadership experience\n\n* Has strong executive presence and deep coaching and communication skills – easily interacts with all levels\n\n* Proven ability to manage multiple, concurrent priorities and projects to successful outcomes\n\n* Proven ability to drive HR strategy and organizational change initiatives\n\n* Has a point of view on engaging team members and shaping employee experience in a remote first environment\n\n* Recognized as a trusted, collaborative, and caring peer\n\n* Prior experience in professional services and/or with multi-national businesses is a plus\n\n\n \n\n#Salary and compensation\n
