If you have a growth mindset and love to coach, youโll dig this opportunity to add value to 3Cloud.\n\nWhile this is a remote first role, preferred candidates will reside in Chicago or neighboring communities to periodically lead and participate in events at 3Cloudโs Downers Grove headquarters. \n\n Responsibilities:\n\n\n* Serve as a hands-on business partner to one or more of 3Cloudโs delivery practices or business functions.\n\n* Lead a team of business partners in working with senior leaders to improve organizational health and performance.\n\n* Manage 3Cloudโs performance management and feedback processes and their continuous improvement.\n\n* Partner with the HR Leadership team to develop people strategies that attract, develop and retain exceptional talent.\n\n* Derive insights on organizational health from people and engagement data.\n\n* Deliver impact through practical problem solving, engagement with stakeholders, and action-oriented execution.\n\n* Advocate for team members in creating a positive, collaborative, inclusive work environment.\n\n\n\n\n \n\nSkills/Qualifications:\n\n\n* Demonstrated results as a senior HR business partner with 7+ years of HR leadership experience\n\n* Has strong executive presence and deep coaching and communication skills โ easily interacts with all levels\n\n* Proven ability to manage multiple, concurrent priorities and projects to successful outcomes\n\n* Proven ability to drive HR strategy and organizational change initiatives\n\n* Has a point of view on engaging team members and shaping employee experience in a remote first environment\n\n* Recognized as a trusted, collaborative, and caring peer\n\n* Prior experience in professional services and/or with multi-national businesses is a plus\n\n\n \n\n#Salary and compensation\n
