\nAmericas Recruitment Manager\n\nReporting to the Head of Americas Recruitment, you will be responsible for all recruitment aspects of our Tech functions at Wise, in the US & LatAm. Leading a small team of recruiters and coordinators, you will act as a change agent, continuously improving the quality of our recruitment practices. \n\nCulture is everything to us at Wise and identifying, attracting and selecting the best talent to support our highly collaborative and non-hierarchical culture is key to our continued growth.\n\nSome of your responsibilities will be to:\n\n\n* Lead the recruitment for our Product, Engineering, Analytics, Design, Compliance and Banking, and manage the coordination team\n\n* Ensure that our hiring follows the companyโs hiring location strategy\n\n* Work with hiring managers to sequence their hiring needs\n\n* Lead, develop and grow a team of recruiters and coordinators \n\n* Develop and set clear goals, and ensure accountability and ownership\n\n* Meet with department heads regularly to discuss their quarterly hiring plans, provide data and market insights that help guide their hiring decisions\n\n* Work with your global peers to drive a high-performance hiring culture across Wise; incubate and scale new processes and tools accordingly\n\n* Ensure that your team delivers the best possible candidate and stakeholder experience possible and that we are adhering to our values every step of the way. \n\n* Role-model DEI best practices to ensure that we embed diversity into the dna of our recruiting philosophy\n\n* Ensure that weโre building robust and scalable processes, prioritising automation where possible\n\n* Lead regional recruitment projects and contribute to Wiseโs global recruitment initiatives\n\n* Act as a primary local point of contact for senior leaders in Tech and Business functions; leading with data to provide actionable insights and unblock challenges along the way \n\n\n\n\nAbout you\n\n\n* You have extensive experience building and developing Tech and Business recruitment functions, hiring for roles in Product, Engineering, Analytics, and ideally in Finance, Banking & Compliance\n\n* You have in-depth experience managing a team of recruiters\n\n* Youโre a subject matter expert in recruitment, able to transform ideas and best practices into embedded new ways of working\n\n* You are comfortable working in matrixed environments and able to engage and inspire multi-cultural teams\n\n* Youโre a coach, a negotiator, and a servant leader all in one; youโre focused on solving for the business whilst nurturing your team to be the best version of themselves.\n\n* You enjoy rolling up your sleeves, and are able to take on a few requisitions, when the recruitment load exceeds your teamโs bandwidth. \n\n\n\n\nKey Attributes\n\n\n* Data Driven.
