In the role of a Recruiter you will provide our hiring teams and candidates with a great experience from job posting to their very 1st day.\n\nThe Recruiter will be owning requisitions from end to end, while elevating our hiring programs through sourcing, screening, selection and navigating the offer process. We are seeking an adaptable recruiter that has lead searches for multiple industries and business functions, that will help propel our team as we continue to grow and scale. \n\nRESPONSIBILITIES\n\n\n* Own requisitions across our departments (Sales, Omnichannel, Finance, Marketing to name a few) through full life cycle recruitment\n\n* Guide hiring teams through our hiring program via kickoff calls, debriefs, and offer negotiations\n\n* Provide a strong candidate experience through the screening process, and by educating around our values, teams, and growth opportunities\n\n* Source talent for our teams through a variety of channels from LinkedIn, industry sites, social media, and other creative avenues\n\n* Strategize with hiring teams (in partnership with the Talent Acquisition Manager) to deliver talent pipelining for high-need or tough-to-fill roles\n\n* Engage with professional organizations, networking groups, and diversity organizations to build a talent pipeline for OLIPOP \n\n* Partner with Talent Acquisition Manager to train, educate and provide continuous education on TA programs across OLIPOP\n\n* Play a key role as an Ambassador of OLIPOP by actively sharing employment branding (via LinkedIn and other platforms) to promote our open roles and culture\n\n* Participate actively in continuous improvement conversations to identify ways we can continue to elevate our talent acquisition programs\n\n* Develop and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers and key partners to drive successful outcomes\n\n* Provide hiring insights and analysis to business and TA Manager including compensation and market data, competitive intelligence and candidate demand\n\n* Review and assess delivery and support through surveys, data, feedback and focus groups\n\n* Support our People Operations teams at offsites, hiring events, etc. as needed\n\n\n\n\n \n\nQUALIFICATIONS\n\n\n* 3+ years of experience leading end to end searches in multi departmental roles\n\n* 5+ years of experience in direct sourcing, both passive and active candidate pools\n\n* Experience building a talent community/network through industry and other channels\n\n* Strong analytical skills and the ability to work with data-driven recruitment metrics\n\n* Strong knowledge of diversity, equity, and inclusion practices to build and maintain an inclusive and diverse hiring environment\n\n* Experience with Greenhouse (or multiple ATS programs) preferred\n\n* Strong organization skills with ability to prioritize and juggle tactical recruitment and ongoing strategic programs\n\n* Proactive & effective communication skills, both verbal and written\n\n* Deeply passionate about OLIPOP, and inspired by what we represent. Has the desire and hunger to make an impact\n\n* Obsession for understanding our candidates and the talent market. Lives, breathes and dreams about how to better reach & understand our candidates\n\n* Enthusiastic and comfortable working in an early stage company.
