Youโll be included in requirements gathering, design review, scrum meetings, demos, use case discussions, as well as functional, integration and performance testing. Weโre looking for a fast learner with a strong sense of ownership and motivation to thrive in a fast-paced entrepreneurial environment. \n\n*This position will be fully remote based in Europe.*\n\nYOU WILL\n\n\nDefine the scope of testing within your responsibility and according to priorities.\n\nDevelop and execute manual and automated test cases.\n\nIdentify and clearly document issues and enhancements providing impact analysis.\n\nCommunicate the test results to the team.\n\nGive recommendations on release candidates.\n\nAssist developers with issue analysis and bug fixes.\n\nParticipate in regression testing (both manual and automated).\n\nParticipate in Scrum teams by interfacing closely with Product, Developerโs and other QA engineers.\n\nCoordinate with other engineering squads to establish and incorporate best practices across the organization.\n\nSupport Product teams with QA planning.\n\n\n\n\nABOUT YOU\n\n\n3+ years of experience in a software related role.\n\nKnowledge of software development lifecycle.\n\nExperience in testing multi-tiered applications; experience in testing web-delivered applications.\n\nFamiliarity with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and debug tools.\n\nMongoDB and Elasticsearch experience a plus.\n\nStrong investigation skills.\n\nStellar communication skills and readiness to contribute into internal documentation.\n\nAbility to approach testing from the end userโs perspective.\n\nA curious mind-set with a strong attention to detail.\n\nExperience working in an Agile/Scrum environment.\n\nFluent English.\n\n\n \n\n#Salary and compensation\n
