About the Team\n\nThe Vendor Operations team is responsible for managing relationships with external vendors, ensuring they meet the companyโs performance standards, deliver exceptional services, and support the broader organizational goals. The team plays a key role in resource allocation, process management, and overall project delivery for initiatives that involve third-party vendors. They work cross-functionally with various internal teams such as finance, product, sales, support, merchant and consumer experience, and operations to ensure successful vendor collaboration and execution of projects. The Vendor Operations team is integral to driving efficiency and achieving key business outcomes through effective vendor partnerships, contract management, and performance monitoring.\nAbout the Role\n\nThe Vendor Operations Project Supervisor will play a crucial role in overseeing and managing the intake, selection, and execution of vendor-managed projects (long or short-term). This role is responsible for collaborating with key stakeholders to define project scope, determine staffing needs, establish budgets, and align with OKRs. The successful candidate will work closely with vendors to select the best-fit partner for each project and ensure key results (KRs) are met.
