About the Team\n\nThe Employee Relations Business Partner (ERBP) provides both tactical and strategic support to assigned People Managers within the DashMart organization. The ERBP guides leaders through performance improvement, conduct concerns, and interpersonal conflicts. Additionally, this role is responsible for looking into workplace concerns raised by all levels of employees within the DashMart organization.
