\nReporting to the Director of Product Marketing, you will help develop the go-to-market and product marketing strategies for our credit building products at Self. You will have experience working with direct to consumer products in the financial services or Fintech industry. Product marketing partners with multiple teams across the organization to drive and unify business, product, and marketing goals and align everyone on our messaging strategies. You will conduct competitive and consumer research, develop product assets, train internal teams on our go-to-market strategies and be the voice of our customers across key initiatives. \n\nWhat you wIll do: \n\nโ Influence product strategies and developing positioning messages for target audiences\n\nโ Develop product assets such as messaging guidelines, product guides and training materials.\n\nโ Provide product messaging guidance on lifecycle email content, paid advertising assets, marketing collateral and help drive marketing campaigns.\n\nโ Lead project meetings and developing project plans\n\nโ Work on and influence marketing plans\n\nโ Partner with channel marketing teams on marketing programs to drive awareness, adoption and long term engagement of our products\n\nโ Develop research projects for new products and messaging strategies\n\nโ Drive go-to-marketing efforts that drive awareness and adoption of our products and features\n\nโ Work with marketing and growth teams to craft strategic messaging strategies and support experiments/tests\n\nโ Work cross functionally with other departments throughout the company. \n\nWhat you bring: \n\nโ 5+ years of full-time experience in Product Marketing in direct to consumer financial products\n\nโ B2C and direct-to-consumer marketing experience, specifically in financial products. Direct experience with credit card products is a plus.\n\nโ Experience with consumer GTM strategies, product launches, and consumer campaigns based on data driven insights\n\nโ Exceptional communication and presentation skills - you can convey goals, and what needs to get done succinctly (not always in powerpoint).\n\nโ A self-starter, you have the ability to work in a fast moving, agile environment, identify the key players, and motivate yourself and others to action.\n\nโ Experience working with product, marketing, compliance and communications teams at all levels of management, both internally and externally\n\nโ Experience with consumer research, qualitative and quantitative\n\nโ Project management experience \n\n#Salary and compensation\n
