\nCoreWeave is looking for an independent and autonomous Physical Security Specialist to manage the security of people and property in CoreWeaveโs data center spaces. Some of the verticals you will own include system design, bid evaluation, construction administration, and system commissioning for concurrent projects across multiple regions. Youโll evaluate products and vendors, and test new technologies to find the right solutions for CoreWeave and our customers. This role reports directly to our Director of Physical Security.\n\nWhat your days will consist of:\n\n\n* Create system designs using industry standard tools such as AutoCAD and BlueBeam\n\n* Create scopes of work and prepare bid documentation\n\n* Seek bids for projects, and award projects based upon established criteria\n\n* Monitor construction progress and oversee vendor payment \n\n* Participate in test and commissioning \n\n* Create and manage a preventative maintenance program \n\n* Coordinate with security operations for ongoing monitoring and moves/adds/changes\n\n* Maintain relationships with various manufacturers and integrators, and with CoreWeaveโs co-location partner network\n\n* Continuously improve through education and by participating in new certification programs\n\n* Conduct site evaluations and report findings to Security team and leadership\n\n\n\n\nWondering if youโre a good fit? If a lot of this describes you, weโd love to talk. \n\nYour Experience:\n\n\n* Professional certification (e.g. PSP, CPP, etc.)\n\n* 10+ years in electronic physical security, including 5+ years in a data center environment\n\n* Manufacturer certifications from major Physical Security providers, such as Genetec, Axis, HID, Suprema\n\n* Axis Certified Professional \n\n* Experience using Bluebeam, AutoCAD and/or Revit \n\n* Network administration experience with certifications\n\n* Experience with IT network topologies and basic routing/switching\n\n* Experience with basic Cyber Security principles (e.g. Comptia Security+, Comptia Network+, Cisco Certified Network Associate)\n\n* Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines per project scope\n\n* Demonstrated ability to present complex, technical information to both technical and non-technical audiences\n\n* Excellent technical writing, presentation, and documentation skills\n\n* Ability to work with minimal supervision, attention to detail, and follow-through\n\n* Willingness to learn new technologies/toolsets as an ongoing part of the role\n\n* Willingness to travel up to 25% to data centers, conferences, and our HQ in Roseland, NJ\n\n\n\n\nCoreWeave is a fast growth startup - things move quickly and itโs a dynamic environment! The base pay for this position ranges from $85,000-$115,000.
