Remote People Operations Specialist
\nPeople Operations Specialist\n\n\nVGW is an interactive entertainment company, harnessing technology and creativity to deliver world-class, free-to-play games. \n\nWe have an exciting opportunity to join our People Operations team in Manila and are currently looking for a People Operations Specialist to join the team.\n\nAs a People Operations Specialist you will provide overall support to all HRIS (Bamboo HR) users. Update changes in the HR system e.g., movement, onboarding, offboarding. Provide periodic/ad hoc meaningful reports and analysis. Support other processes in People Operations such as but not limited to administration of contractor perks, fees, contracts and acquisition. Own other administrative deliverables as directed by the People Operations Manager, Philippines. \n\nKey responsibilities will include:\n\n\n* Manage the contractor information system and ensure the completion of accuracy of data\n\n* Provide support via chat/email/phone to information system users in a timely manner\n\n* Build a Knowledge Base of incidents or scenarios for reference and improvement\n\n* Participate in the setup, testing and implementation of new processes, functionality, and upgrades\n\n* Deliver reporting and analytics in a timely manner\n\n* Conduct monthly audits of data to ensure data integrity\n\n* Provide support in the administration of People initiatives and policies.\n\n\n\n\nWhat you will bring to the role:\n\n\n* Proven work experience in General HR or understanding of the HR processes is a must-have \n\n* Exposure in Service Desk or Shared Services is preferred \n\n* Proficiency in HRIS and ticketing systems are advantageous\n\n* Exposure in supporting a global team\n\n* Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with employees at all levels of the organization\n\n* Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail\n\n\n\n\nWorking Conditions/Arrangement\n\n\n* 12-month contract\n\n* Remote set-up (but might be asked to report onsite once every quarter, the office is located in BGC Taguig)\n\n* 20 Leave credits (half are convertible to cash if not used)\n\n* Competitive pay\n\n\n\n\nAbout VGW\n\nVGW is an interactive entertainment company, harnessing technology and creativity to deliver world-class, free-to-play games.\n\nWith high-quality, acclaimed brands including Chumba Casino, Global Poker and LuckyLand Slots, we entertain and delight over one million players in North America.\n\nAs pioneers in sweepstakes promotions for online social games, we also offer our players the opportunity to redeem incredible prizes.\n\nAt VGW, one of our core values is "our players come first".
