You will help create the best pathways to connect our teams across EPD and within Grammarly as we scale to reach our aspirations.\n\nIn this role, you will: \n\n* Lead Awesome Projects:\n\n\n\n* Be the maestro of multiple programs, guiding them from ideation to launch.\n\n* Craft detailed project plans that translate the strategic landscape, company goals, and EPD ways of working.\n\n* Spot risks and hiccups early and come up with creative solutions to keep things running smoothly.\n\n\n\n* Boost Operational Magic:\n\n\n\n* Dive into our operations, find improvement areas, and improve them.\n\n* Set and track KPIs to measure success and keep us on the path to greatness.\n\n* Implement best practices to ensure weโre pressing the envelope on prime effectiveness. \n\n\n\n* Champion Cross-Functional Harmony:\n\n\n\n* Foster seamless communication and collaboration between Engineering, Product, and Design teams.\n\n* Lead the creation and dissemination of internal communications, such as newsletters, podcasts/ video content, and other updates, emphasizing fresh and engaging content and distribution mechanisms that resonate with a diverse workforce.\n\n* Bridge the gap between technical and non-technical teams, ensuring everyoneโs on the same page.\n\n\n\n* Become a Resource Wizard:\n\n\n\n* Manage resources (and find resources) like a pro to meet program goals and deadlines.\n\n* Cultivate a positive and supportive team atmosphere where everyone thrives.\n\n\n\n* Share the Story:\n\n\n\n* Prepare and present regular updates to stakeholders, showcasing progress and achievements.\n\n* Ensure EPD is not a black box!
