This role is an excellent opportunity for a student or early-career professional interested in HR operations, onboarding, and recruitment process management. You will work closely with the VP of People Operations to support the day-to-day function of our HR team, with a particular focus on coordinating recruiting processes and ensuring smooth onboarding for new hires.\n\n\n\nResponsibilities\n* Recruiting Coordination\n* Schedule candidate interviews and manage communication between candidates, recruiters, and hiring managers.\n* Track recruiting pipeline status and prepare regular updates for the VP of People Ops.\n* Assist in maintaining accurate candidate records in the ATS (Applicant Tracking System).\n* Maintain the HC data.\n* Onboarding Support\n* Prepare onboarding schedules and checklists for new hires.\n* Assist with preparing documentation and ensuring completion of pre-hire requirements.\n* Coordinate orientation sessions and help with new hire engagement touchpoints.\n* HR Operations Support\n* Provide general administrative support across HR functions.\n* Assist with updating employee records, HR dashboards, and reports.\n* Contribute to special HR projects as assigned by the VP of People Ops.\n\n\n\nWhat Weโre Looking For\n* Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, Communications, or related field.\n* Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.\n* Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.\n* Proficiency with Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides) and willingness to learn HR tools.\n* Interest in HR, talent acquisition, and people operations.\n* Ability to work independently while being a strong team player.\n\n\n\nWhat Youโll Gain\n* Hands-on experience in recruiting, onboarding, and HR operations.\n* Direct mentorship from the VP of People Operations.\n* Exposure to the full HR lifecycle in a growing company.\n* Opportunity to develop organizational, communication, and process-management skills.\n* Potential to work full time after successful internship\n\n\n\nTime Commitment & Duration\n* At least 20 hours per week (flexible scheduling available).\n* 3โ6 month internship, with potential extension based on performance and business needs.\n\n\n\n\n\n$15 - $18 an hour\n \n\n#Salary and compensation\n
