Additionally, you will lead our support and growth teams, collaborating with senior leadership to make Argent a top workplace and an industry innovator. As part of our senior management team, you will assist our founders in strategy and scaling the operations of the company.\n\n\n* Ensure we have a well-defined strategy with clear goals that are effectively communicated across the business\n\n* continuously improve our people process to maintain the current best in class employee retention\n\n* Some people projects include: better coaching / learning and development programs, coaching of manager to better implement existing processes etc.\n\n* Work closely with founders to understand the culture we strive for while challenging the status quo to keep improving company performance and culture\n\n* be the strategic cement of the organisation, ensuring product, marketing, engineering, support, ecosystem, etc are tightly aligned and work hands in hands towards our strategic objectives\n\n* We believe a company is like a product, start with minimal viable process and iterate from there\n\n* You’ll have a strong biased for action, execute quickly on ideas then iterate\n\n\n\nYour experience should include:\n\n\n* 5+ years experience working in a technology startup.\n\n* Experience working with founders, able to execute quickly with a strong product focus.\n\n* Strong operational management skills with a passion for delivering results.\n\n* STEM background is preferred you are a result and data driven leader.\n\n* Demonstrated ability to lead multiple distributed teams.\n\n\n\nYou might also have:\n\n\n* Experience working in a remote first startup.\n\n* 2+ years working in Strategy Consulting or investment banking.\n\n* Deep familiarity with the blockchain industry and the development of Layer 2 networks.\n\n* Program & Project Management - valuable connector, bridging gaps and facilitating communication and collaboration within the organization to remove roadblocks and keep Argent on target.\n\n\n\nWhat you’ll love about Argent:\n\n🌍 Work anywhere in Europe.
